Aaron provided outstanding service. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. He found the issue with our electrical service very rapidly and had it all resolved in a matter of hours. Not only that, he made several suggestions to improve safety and prevent future issues. I couldn’t be more impressed with Aaron and I would enthusiastically recommend Plumbline to anyone looking for electrical service for their home.

Corey came and replaced our broken toilet today, and we had a great experience! He was friendly and professional. We had a specific issue come up with a bidet installation, and he made sure to fully explain our options and confirm that I still wanted to move forward with the entire service in light of the bidet issue. We went forward, and Corey installed our new toilet very quickly, and 100% correctly. His knowledge and foresight about the bidet saved us time and let me make the best decision for my budget and my schedule. Plumbline is a little on the expensive side based on the research I did, but the service was excellent throughout the entire experience. We had to reschedule our initial appointment and they were able to get us another slot within two days. All of the customer service workers I spoke with were very polite, informative, and efficient. Communication was consistently good throughout, from making the appointment to being notified when my technician was on the way, to confirming my agreement to service, and every other step of the process. Replacing this broken toilet could have been a huge headache, but Corey and the other folks at Plumbline make it very easy. I'd definitely recommend it, but do note that the excellent service does come with a higher price tag, and I did have to wait about two weeks for my initial appointment. I think it was well worth it. I'll be calling Plumbline again for any other plumbing needs!

I scheduled an annual hvac maintenance months in advance and was given a very wide arrival window of 8am-1pm. At 10am on the day I was called and told we were being bumped due to other emergencies and we were rescheduled for 3 weeks away. I had organized childcare for my newborn that day so was disappointed. Our AC unit shut off unexpectedly that evening and when I called and asked for on call support I was told it was not available until 3 weeks out. I was surprised and asked if they do not provide emergency on-call support and I was told that they do but not for 3 weeks. That is not what I would call emergency support. Very disappointing considering we were pushed out for other emergencies. I will not be using this service again.

I had Plumbline install my furnace my air conditioner. I’ve also been one of their VIP members and had both serviced regularly twice a year for about 10 years. In the past 4 years or so, their customer service has fallen off a cliff. Every single time now, most recently today, that I have my regular maintenance scheduled, they call and need to reschedule for various reasons. These appointments sometimes have to be booked out months in advance, only to have them still not show up. People have to make arrangements to be home, only to have nobody show up. I can’t count on Plumbline to show up when they are scheduled, and I’ve wasted a VIP membership. Time to find someone else.

Had regular maintenance done on our Heat Pump/HVAC.

We did the Plumbline/Home Depot partnership special, where they come to your house and look at your HVAC system for a diagnostic. They are also on the Tom Martino list of vendors, and I have had good experiences going by that list in the past. The luck of the draw gave me Patrick, and I couldn't have been happier about my experience with his visit. First of all, I don't know anything about that stuff, and he gave me the results in an easy-to-understand way, without making me feel worthless. Patrick was detail-oriented, friendly, on-time, polite, and spent a large amount of time for my $38 visit price (I got both heating and A/C looked at so $19 times 2). I was expecting someone to simply downstairs, go through the motions, try to coerce me into spending more money immediately, and leave for a more expensive appointment. Not the case with Plumbline and Patrick. He talked real with me about future options, and I received the invoice, extensive pics, and future actions (WITH various price options) by day's end. He told me what I needed to have done, what I should have done, what I don't need done, etc. When we get the needed fixes done, we will definitely be using these folks, and I suggest you take advantage of a visit by them also if wary about your HVAC present state. I had heard about the company through TV ads, and loved their Plumb Crazy wordplay in the commercial, so I admit to not vetting out everyone. Good job, Plumbline Marketing Team! But, in the end, Plumbline, AND Patrick, gave me a great experience getting my HVAC present state. Highly recommend...

Not happy with the person I talked to finally when I got to dispatch. I had booked a service for my AC over a month ago and when the day finally came I called 3 times. Twice the rep said they see my appointment for today and they were trying to call to reschedule it and the 3rd time I talked to the rep they got me over to dispatch and the person was somewhat rude and said I didn't have an appointment and someone called a few weeks ago to cancel one for a different day, which I never did. They said they would have to talk to a supervisor and call me back. I had already left 2 messages this day and no one had called prior to 3rd call, this all happened yesterday and we are suppose to be VIP members. I give the reps i talked to kudos for being helpful but the dispatcher not so much.

We had Helen come over to our house to do our AC/Furnace checkup, and we had an urgent HVAC issue that needed to be solved.

She jumped in immediately, got us an estimate, and fixed it same day.

At the end, I received a full, detailed report of the inspection and diagnostics, complete with pictures, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in the work performed. My HVAC received a clean bill of health, and I truly credit that to being part of their VIP program—it really pays off.

I scheduled a service appointment with Plumbline 2-1/2 months ago for today. Yesterday, they confirmed the appointment, with a window of 1-5 pm. Today, at 10:00, they called and said their technicians were experiencing “some delays”, and asked to reschedule for THREE WEEKS from today. Really? You confirm an appointment, I arrange my schedule to accommodate your 4 hour service window, then you need to reschedule for 3 weeks later??? Terrible “service”!

We’ve worked with Plumbline 4 or 5 times in the last couple years and we’re always happy with our plumbing services! Most recently, we had Landon out to clear our main line. We called Monday morning and they came out same day. Landon was great! Personable and professional. He helped us understand how the problem manifested the way it did and gave us things to watch for.

We also had a toilet installed earlier this year, during which the installer dinged our wall a bit, but Plumbline owned up to it without question. They offered to pay the bill of us hiring someone to fix it, but we preferred to do it ourselves and they gave us a $100 refund instead! That shows they stand behind their work!

I’ve always had bad luck with plumbing companies being pushy sales people - not Plumbline!

I booked service for a clogged drain to be snaked out.The service tech came out,ran the snake for about 30 minutes and hit some small roots.He then stopped, said he had to call his supervisor and have a camera put down.Supervisor came out and ran camera.I was told my only options were to dig part of the yard up and put an "exploritory cleanout" in not guaranteeing the problem fixed for approximately $6,000 or replace the entire system for approximately $9,000.I went and rented an almost identical machine and had the roots cleared in an hour.I gave 2 stars because they didn't charge me but they absolutely could have broken through the roots as they were small and the snake had enough length to reach the city connection.

Another plumbing company charged me $200 to tell me it would cost $10,000 to fix my main line. Plumbline cleaned it out for $93, and went above and beyond in many ways.

Jonathan and Roman were my install technicians and they were great. A spot opened up earlier in the day from when my install was originally scheduled and I told them that was fine as long as they could be done before my next commitment. It was a tight window but they finished right on time. They were both polite and respectful and did an excellent job. The reverse osmosis system is working great! Highly recommended
