I can’t express my sincere thanks for Mile High Plumbing. I had a furnace installed through my home warranty company that was a truly dangerous install. AJ came out and completely had to reinstall my furnace. It turned out perfect. My deepest gratitude to AJ and Mile High Plumbing. 10 stars, and two thumbs up. You are making a mistake if you do not call Mile High Plumbing!!! Can’t thank you enough! Amazing job!

Workers arrived in a marked work truck, wore uniforms, and handed me a business card upon entry. I asked them to put booties on and they did. They were friendly, efficient, explained to me how they fixed the problem. Very nice workers!

Paul was great! He demonstrated strong expertise and professionalism. I am glad he was assigned to our service case.

This company is full of the kindest and smartest people! They helped us diagnose our plumbing problem asap and were very clean and courteous to fix it up in no time at all. 10/10!

Couple suggestions to improve upon: technicians should always wear shoe covers or ask if we want them to remove shoes, cleanup the mess their work creates (sweep or vacuum the plastic shavings from cutting the pipe), and turning the water heater back up after service (we discovered it was done after a cold shower).

From the customer service reps, Tashena & Becca, to the plumbers, Eric & Cole, that came out to my house- everyone was so kind and courteous. The overall experience was very pleasant as well as efficient . Thank you Mike High Plumbing!

First time they came out they thought they repaired the problem, but according to the tenant, the sink pipe was still leaking, so they had to come out again (the soonest availability was 8 days later). The second time, the company sent a different plumber, Eric A. He was on time, professional and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Mile High gets 5 stars for redeeming themselves on the follow-up call largely due to Eric.
This repair was done under a Home Warranty contract, so I only paid a $100 service charge. I have no idea what the price would have been without coverage, so I left the question blank.

John was great. He was efficient and explained things thoroughly. I would have him do work for me anytime.

Their response to this review is a joke. They know EXACTLY who I am and what they did. Don't you Osh?

With all these good reviews, not sure what to say. Paid them some thousands to install a water heater. Year or so later, the water lines developed leaks at the tank. Poor installation and low-quality parts used (shark bite fittings.)

I called, and they were very responsive, sending a man out that day at 3pm. Very nice young man.

However, he was in the basement 8.5 hours, left at 11:30pm, and had not been able to install our heater blend valve he removed.

Next day or so, plumber texted and said he had the valve and asked if he could come at 5:30pm next day. Fine. Shows up at 7:30pm, goes down in the basement for an hour, comes up and says he cannot install this valve. Leaves. Calls back 30 mins later, states "I am not sure I lit the pilot on the heater, may I come back?" Sure. 8:30pm, comes back. Lites pilot. Leaves. Sends me a text 20 mins later: "I don't think I opened the main valve on the hot pipe. Can you check?" Yep, he forgot that. I opened the valve.

Stated someone from the office would call to schedule us again. 3 days, nothing.

Called and spoke to the owner, he promised he would call the next day, he was busy. No worries. Day came and went. So did the following until I called late in the afternoon. Said "was ordering the valve."

Texted us on a Saturday, valve came in. We scheduled again, this time 3pm-5pm. 6:45pm, nothing. No plumber. Canceled the "we take care of our customers warranty" with them.

Paying another plumber to fix it. And....Mile High Plumbing was happy to give a $500 estimate to unscrew a gas pressure valve to the stove that was leaking...called another plumber. He did it immediately for a standard service call charge. He didn't even charge us for parts.

I get it, sometimes there are problems. But to keep it going and going? Enough.

Great family-run company with excellent plumbers and dedication to solving my issues. Respectful and friendly, and felt I could trust them. Will definitely ask my home warranty company that assigned them to put them as my preferred providers for any future plumbing needs.

Eric was extremely helpful in resolving our issue quickly and answering all of the questions that we had. We are very happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Mile High Plumbing

I was impressed by Paul Walker’s professionalism and dedication to excellent service. Paul was extremely thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain how both the thermostat and the pressure valve work, breaking things down in a way that was easy for me to understand. That level of transparency and education really meant a lot to me as a homeowner.
Although there was ultimately nothing that needed repairing, Paul still adjusted the water temperature and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. His attention to detail and willingness to ensure the system was safe and efficient gave me complete peace of mind.
Overall, Paul’s expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner made this a five-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

The most ridiculous quote and waist of time. Providers guided themselves at quoting to a home insurance, the most ridiculous resolution after 3 attempts visits, where their quote was based in the easy way to resolve something removing floor and kitchen cabinets, and a ridiculous quote charges. Never accept quotes without consulting other local companies or different opinions.
