Plumb Pros came out quickly and was within our budget. Jason did an excellent job fixing our sink and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Highly Recommend. On a Sunday afternoon our basement began flooding.Plumb Pros Inc picked up immediately and said Jason could be there in 10 minutes. This was after another company told us they weren't sure if they could get someone out to us for several hours. Jason quickly assessed the situation and determined it was a main sewer line issue which could impact other houses. He found that 3 of our neighbor's basements were also flooding up to a foot of water in each. He took action to stop the flooding. He coordinated calling the city, to clear the line and BoneDry to coordinate with our insurance company and to begin mitigation for our basement. This company is top notch professional and their willingness to go above and beyond and "take care of the client" was very appreciated. Thank you Plum Pros and specifically Jason for taking care if us.

Jason with plump pros came out today to address our issue with the furnace. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and took care of our issue very efficiently. Hands down the BEST team I've met. Had the privilege of meeting the owner alongside all of the technicians a few weeks back, and was blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and their genuine concern for giving everyone they work with a 5-star experience from start to finish. When it comes to having work done in your home, finding a service company you can count on can be a stressful situation on top of whatever is going wrong, and the entire team at Plumb Pros take away all that stress and more. Phil has a very good team, Zach was very knowledgeable about getting our sewage pipe replaced and let us know every step of the way what was happening. Charlie was also very informative about what was happening with our furnace issue

The people who came out to our house were kind, professional, on time and did a fantastic job on a big problem. They were patient with all of our questions and, to a man, pleasant and helpful. They worked really hard for 2 1/2 days. We would recommend Plum Pros to anyone, and will use them again.

Jason came out to look at our water heater, and was the very defenition of customer service. Very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We'll definetely be reaching back out to Plumb Bros when we're ready to replace our water heater. I highly recommend Plumb Pros for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs. I contacted them via the web portal a few days after a busy holiday weekend of hosting family for a backed-up kitchen sink drain. Their office reached out to me same day and had technicians scheduled the next day. Zach B and Antonio were excellent. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, and treated my home with respect. The best part was that they were incredibly efficient and had the blockage cleared within the hour. They were both extremely courteous and even left me with some tips for routine maintenance to help keep my drains clear. Can't thank Zach B enough, he was great!

Plant pros came out on Sunday night due to an emergency water rising issue in our basement. We had five different houses rising water in the Neighbourhood and they’re just so happy to be a plumber named Jason from Plumrose running around like crazy. He came to our house plugged our drains, so they wouldn’t overfill with water even more and then when the drains were fixed, he unplugged our drains and we plan to do business with plump pros in the future thank you plum pros for being here during the worst time we found the best companyI

I want to express that the service I received yesterday from Jake and Jimmy was excellent. However, I do feel that there were issues that were not brought to my attention as I had to have you come back today to address them and then was not treated well by Larry via a phone conversation. Transparant information is key when providing services and professionalism is key. Again, Jake and Jimmy were great, however, subsequent interactions were not. Therefore my rating will be low for the overall experience. But for Jake and Jimmy it would be a five.

I called them and explained my clogged drain. I was given a time that someone would be at my door. The office people were awesome. They called soon after my initial call and had an available person .. That person was dispatched 2 hours before I thought I would see someone. What a pleasant surprise. Jake arrived at my home with a great big smile and a positive attitude. He diagnosed the problem and handled the professional side of pricing and expectations in a clear and precise manner. He completed the work and walked me through everything after my drain was free and clear.

Zach and Carlos were early and within 15 minutes had my kitchen sink drain cleaned out and water running again. Used a camera and went 38' through the pipes and showed me the video. Great company.

Harry was great to work with! I called and he came out the same day. I don't know the last time someone showed up that quickly. He did great work and in record time. He was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

When the city sewer line backed up and flooded our basement, Jason saved the day! He didn’t hesitate to get down in the muck to stop the incoming water and prevent further damage to the house. Having reliable service providers you can count on in an emergency or just for regular home maintenance again and again is a must for homeowners. That’s why I highly recommend Plumb Pros. I call them first for all my home plumbing work. Aside from things like line cleaning and water heater flushing, I’ve had them replace my master water cut-off and add a pressure regulator, repair my interior sewer line and basement drain, and install a water softener unit for my furnace condensation drain. Today Gage and Carlos performed their usual excellent work repairing a pipe underneath my kitchen sink which was leaking through my basement ceiling (caught it just in time!)
