We had a new water heater installed. Michael was our technician and he went over the new install with both my sons and my wife.

When we got the itemized bill it was great to see that items and service that Michael didn’t have to use or work on were taken off the final invoice.

Overall, they did an excellent job installing and removing the water heaters and our billing was honest and fair. They are definitely our first call company now.

This company is top-notch! They are truly client-focused and very easy to work with. John, the owner and master plumber, is wonderful and helped me to feel confident in the work being done on my new home. Everything was explained in detail, and all individuals were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They showed up a little early, which I appreciate. Michael diagnosed the issue and replaced the garbage disposal in roughly 20 minutes. He was very courteous and cordial and made sure we were satisfied with his work. I’d recommend them to a family member. Great work and thank you

Mike High was assigned to me through American Home Shield. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and effective. They evaluated my faucet situation in the morning and had someone back to fix the problem on the same afternoon. I am very pleased and plan to request them if I have future plumbing issues.

We were having issues with the sewer backing up in the basement and after renting a roto-rooter and cleaning up the carnage on Sunday, Wednesday morning (after my husband left to go out of town)... it backed up again.  First time I've called a plumber and I've been driving by Plumb Pros office for years and I prefer to support small business so I thought I'd give them a shot.  I was able to schedule a service call that afternoon and Gage was able to get here earlier than expected.  Gage was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, communicative and respectful of my home and the security of my Dogs.  We went over multiple options for more permanent fixes and my husband and I were pleased with the quotes.  Plumbing is pretty much the only trade we are missing from our construction circle so I am grateful to have found a company that obviously has my back.

Jason was so great! Our furnace stopped working unexpectedly, and Jason and Antonio were able to come out the same day and install a brand new one. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. I am super thankful!

Jim and Matt were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Before they did anything they made sure I knew the cost and even gave me multiple quotes for the projects I want to save up for. My drains are running smooth and I plan to work with them again on my other home projects. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are newer to understanding plumbing systems. They seemed to care about my knowledge just as much as getting a quality job done. I would say their pricing is fair and affordable. There 24/7 line was also willing to talk me through what to expect and took the time to make me feel comfortable.

Fonz and his assistant replaced our furnace in a day and did a great job. Fonz also returned to make a minor repair to lubricate our kitchen faucet that was stiff. Really enjoyed his instructions and helpful hints. Best repair crew from PlumPro so far.

Took care of business very professional fixed the problem in a timely manner very personable The technicians put on plastic shoes before coming into my house respecting our floor. Got us heat within 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company and I’ll be using them in the future.

Plumb Pros was able to schedule me in quickly for a leaky hose bib. Jim came by and was wonderful to talk to. He listened to my concerns, and was able to address them with a quick turnaround.
