My experience was great! John K came to my home because of a water leak from my neighbors unit above. He was quick to figure out where the leak was coming from, and took the time to talk to the property manager about the situation. I will use them again, and will be referring them to my neighbors. The guys who came to install my water heater were awesome. The lack of communication and process to get an appointment scheduled was terrible. It took a whole month after the initial quote was made b/c they miss read my warranty and tried to charge me for items that were covered. Then they failed on multiple occasions to call when I was told they would be reaching out to schedule the installation.

Mile High Plumbing Electric & Air company repaired a severely clogged toilet! They sent one of their workers named Lincoln who did an incredible job! I definitely give him a A+ for what he has to go through in his job. He was professional and very friendly! They need to come back and finish the job but I’m sure it won’t be long! I highly recommend this company!

Paul was great! Really efficient and helpful. I had an appt yesterday and the front desk did not communicate that no one would be showing up. I scheduled it 2 weeks in advance with Deb. She also told me you guys could clean my vents, she made my appt and didn’t tell me that you guys don’t actually do that until I had to call back to reschedule. If I didn’t need to reschedule I wouldn’t have known that you guys couldn’t clean my vents until the day of the appointment.. there were 2 opportunities where proactive communication would have mitigated all my frustration. Not a big deal about the vents, just would’ve been good to know right away so I could’ve found an alternative route sooner. Scheduling mishaps happen, Paul explained and was really great but a proactive call from the front desk yesterday would have been better. I had to call when no one showed up during the window of service yesterday and had to reschedule to the next day. I believe I spoke with Deb again to reschedule and it. I don’t think anyone would have communicated to me that my appointment wasn’t able to be held if i didn’t call first. Things happen, people are new and learning but the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I’ve always had a great experience with the technicians so I will be a returning customer, I just hope the communication improves in the future

Assigned through AHS, my experience was mixed. First, the good. The dispatch was very friendly and they were able to schedule a service visit quickly. I reported a garbage disposal issue, and I believed it was an issue with the outlet. The dispatcher assured me the technician could handle it.

Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the technician and he immediately stated "I don't do outlets, you need an electrician". He flipped the switch, confirmed it didn't turn on, and left.

When I called the dispatch for assistance on how to send this back to AHS, the dispatcher denied any mention of electric issue, claiming the request was only for the disposal. They refused further help and directed me directly to AHS. After a 30m wait, AHS was able to get another pro assigned with no extra charge.

Long story short, they don't do electric, and try to get what you discuss with the dispatcher in writing in case complications arise.

American home shield scheduled them, but they never called me to schedule a time and date and never returned my follow-up phone call. I had to call American home shield a second time who then called you a second time and finally scheduled a person. I was given some lame excuse about people being in a meeting. Michael, however, did a fabulous job installing the new garbage disposal and should not be held accountable for the companies disorganized ways.

When I spoke to your office, I did tell the dispatcher that I had a tankless water heater, the brand, and even the error messages that I was getting. The technician who came today was not familiar with tankless water heaters, and though he made a valiant effort was unable to complete service to my satisfaction. He did a great job with what he knew, but I still have error, messages, flashing, and apparently need a flush that the tech could not provide.

Friendly professionals doing excellent work! I was able to schedule installation of a new water heater and furnace on the same day within two weeks of my call. I wanted to use a family-owned, local company and I’m really glad I did.
