I made the mistake of trying to wash an old blanket in my washing machine. It came completely apart and turned into a wet pile of lint in the machine. It also knocked the lint sock off my exhaust water hose and filled the pipes with lint. The laundry room also flooded. I was most concerned that the metal lint sock would get pushed deeper into the pipes and become a bigger problem. The plumber listened to my concerns and did a great job of extracting the lint sock and a whole bunch of lint. He spent extra time making sure that the pipes were clear and not backing up at all. I am very pleased with the professional way in which he completed the job in an extremely timely manner.

The house I live in was built in 1966 faucet in the tub the cold water would not shut off it was determined that it was so corroded inside that it could not possibly be replaced so I ended up having to replace the entire faucet system for the shower actually was okay with me because having a 3 handle system before really did not work for me now having a single handle life will be much better

Mike was good to communicate timing, handled everything with our hot water replacement tank quickly and with good explanation, and professionally. Definitely recommend him and the company.

Had the $93 drain, clean done to my home. Logan, the technician was very prompt professional and tidy in his work. Didn't mind me hovering over him as I like to learn this stuff. Thank you plumbline team.

I've had terrible experiences with previous furnace and A/C people: bait and switch, defective parts. Plumbline's tech was very informative, price was reasonable and I'll have them back. They did an awesome job.

I just bought a house. I work from home and the company does not allow WiFi. My internet was only setup in the front of my house and Comcast wouldn't move it. Plumbline came and got the internet to go down in my basement and on the opposite side, so I could use my office. They were quick, efficient and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

So pleased with Plumbline!! Chris came out this morning to fix a problem with our kitchen sink lines. My husband is quite the plumber himself having installed 5 sinks in our house..THIS sink, uggh. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and make that call 😉 Our only regret was that we didn't call them a week sooner 😀.

Dominique came to our house to fix our leaking toilet. We even showed up early which is awesome. VERY professional but very easy to talk to. He was able to fix our toilet, and when he was done, he asked if we needed anything else.

Plumbline installed my HVAC system in my 30yo home a year and a half ago. Part of the program I signed up for was a yearly inspection, free for 4 years, to make sure the system will remain in top running order (you do know how much dust goes through the system, right?). Kelsey was my technician, and she was thorough, taking pics of the inside of the system, where dust begins to accumulate, and taking pressure readings of the air flow (I put filters over the cold air returns which did decrease the airflow somewhat, but not enough to damage the system). Kelsey will come back same time next year, and I like the service Plumbline offers.

Plumbline Services was fantastic to work with. They connected my refrigerator to the water line quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The team was incredibly kind and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised with the total cost. It’s rare to find a company that does great work and shows that level of honesty and care. Couldn't be more happier with Plumbline services! We had a sewer line backup and Plumbline quickly assessed and mitigated the backup. Because our line is notorious for tree-root invasion and because our line is too long (132ft from toilet snake access) for the mechanical snake, we also had them put in an outdoor sewer line access and water jet the line thereafter. With this access in the future the mechanical snake can reach the end of the line. Everything about the experience was top notch: Communications before, during, and after each step, the quality and care of the work by those involved, the explanation of the sewer-line issues, mitigation, and the reason for each mitigation step - all spot on and reassuring! Prices are comparably reasonable and the service and explanations absolutely the best!

All personnel we worked with were great, especially Travis Chadwick. Travis was very curious, responsive, answered all my many questions. Hugo on the crew was also helpful.
The sewer repair turned out excellent.
Price was quit high, but was done on an emergency basis. Also with all the requirement of the city, extra personnel were required.

I believe I've left a sterling review for Plumbline in the past but here's another. I called them again for a mainline snake as a precaution as I do a few times a year. Again, great service and best price. The techs represent the company well. Sam who came out this time was no exception. He's a star! If you need their services don't hesitate to give them a call.

Would give zero if I could. They say one thing and do another. They definitely don’t make you feel like a priority more of just a number. I prefer to deal with a company that cares.
