I work for an HOA management company. Vectra has become my favorite HVAC/Boiler service provider over the last year. My first interaction with Tom Griffin came along because a boiler room flooded last November. I had just been given Tom's card like 2 days before before. Late afternoon, Tom came to the site while I was still cleaning up to take a look. Everything was sitting on the bare floor in 8 inches of water. The team worked straight through and were able to replace the boiler and 2 holding tanks in less than 8 hours and restored heat and hot water to the building by about midnight. Then a few weeks later, I needed a PM contract quote, Levi came out, same day while I was there doing something else. We happened to run into each other and he says I got bad news. One of the building's boilers had a at some point in the previous week, blown out its exhaust pipe and was dumping Carbon Monoxide into the building. RED TAG! Within the hour, Tom & Levi were able to get a brand new boiler and get it installed, SAME DAY!!!!
Repiping a boiler at another property, they came in $10k less than the regular guys we have a contract with.
I could continue singing the praises of all of the Vectra Technicians I have had the pleasure of working with, Randy, Tino, Cody and many others!! Sorry if I missed some of them, but I am always so happy to get Matt Crowe's text messages after to let him know how his guys are doing!!

David and Marsella in the office are both great as well. I love that if no one answers the phone when I call, one of them always calls me back to make sure I got taken care of!!! Even when I call late at night for after hours service! I get a call by 8am the following morning!!

Our 17 year old water heater decided it was time to give up and quit. I called Vectra, they had someone out to take a look the same day and had someone scheduled to replace her the next day. Jake and his teammate were very friendly, communicative and did a great job. All while being reasonably priced. This isn't my first great experience with Vectra Mechanical nor will it be my last!

Our Heater was not working here at Pine. We called Vectra Mechanical, and they showed up the same day we called them. The technician was really nice and had our office warm very quickly. He also took the time to explain what had happened. We really liked the service .

We hired Vectra this summer after the major rain event in July left our old evap cooler system leaking and the venting was damaged. We called another company initially to do a service call but instantly they just suggested a new system and used scare tactics. We almost went with them but decided to get a second opinion with Vectra. We have not regretted that decision. From the initial email contact, they were very professional and asked detailed questions to understand the scope of the issue before even sending out someone. On the day of the diagnosis appt, we met Elliott and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and very reassuring in how he approached his assessment. He took the time to look at all parts of the current install, take pictures and even went into the attic(other company did not do that and just suggested cutting new holes in our roof and doing lots of additional work that seemed excessive). He then explained what issues were occurring. And then suggested a level headed approach. One of the best service calls we have had. It was suggested we get a whole new system installed and redo the install as well to properly ensure longevity. We also had to have our electric service redone and a new box installed. Vectra handled getting a subcontractor for the project.

Come day of the install, it was a flurry of activity but from the electrician team to the install team of Leo and Jake, It was awesome. We were scheduled for 4days of work. But the electrician re-ran a new service feed and panel plus junction box in less than a day. The install team worked as if they had 50 people and got the new unit, ducting, and mounting of the new evap install before the end of lunch time on the first day. Initially we were worried about an extended time without power because of medical equipment but Elliot provided a generator for this and for our freezer for the short 3 hours we did not have power. By the end of the second day, we had our new evap cooler setup and electricity upgrades all done. Vectra also got a drywall contractor to fix the area around the main drop vent that was originally water damaged. Overall, Vectra is an amazing company...we had constant contact with our PM/Service tech Elliott. He coordinated with all necessary trades and teams from Vectra, including his supervisor to ensure we were happy for the entire project. We have always struggled to find a competent HVAC company but with Vectra, we now know they are the only choice because of how awesome they did.

Levi showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable about our particular system then explained what he did and what it's gonna take to keep our system running properly.. I feel very confident that Vectra Mechanical will do a great job maintaining our complex boiler system. I highly recommend their services!

Sam came to fix a sink that was not draining. He did a very thorough job diagnosing the problem and answered my questions in a straightforward, friendly manner. We discussed several options. Because he did such a good job narrowing down the potential problem, we were able to fix it with the least expensive option. This company responds in a timely and responsible manner, is experienced and works in the client's best interest.

I’ve used Vectra to install AC in two homes, and both times I’ve been incredibly happy with the knowledge, work, pricing, and financing options. This is the company I will use for any HVAC needs going forward. My rep Dusty has done a great job explaining his thought process on what the home actually needs versus what sales pitches we got from other companies. We have done both central air and mini split installs with him and his team, and he clearly knows his stuff and will work with you on what actually accomplishes the job and what makes sense based on your home’s construction.

The install team of Jake and Doc on our most recent project did a great job, even took the time to move a few things around to make the lines fit our trim and siding to preserve the facade of our 100 year old house.

Had Connor come through to do our annual HVAC check. Professional, polite, communicative, thorough. Couldn't ask for a better service experience. We ended up just shooting the breeze for 5 minutes after he was done with everything. Highly recommend for professional work.

Service Tech did a great job, and got it knocked it out quickly. He also took the time to explain the issues he noticed and a better way to run our ac system going forward to avoid potentially having our leaking issue again in the future! Will use redline again if needed!

Scheduling the appointment was was easy. The technician arrived on time. The technician did a good job explaining the service. He worked neatly and with attention to detail. Redline recently installed an on demand water heater and a new furnace at our home. Everything about the experience was positive from start to finish. Derek performed the installation and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with Redline and would highly recommend them.

We've been dealing with Redline with our new build home for months, over various issues as Redline is the contractor for the builder of our home. In these interactions, our issues were not resolved, but the technicians were professional, until today.

Today, Derek came to our home for the first time. Did not resolve the issue, told me I was a liar, refused to address me directly (I’m a woman) and instead only spoke to my husband, and walked out of the house. He said I was a liar when I pointed out that one of our registers doesn't work with AC ( a fact that is well documented because Redline came in the summer for that very issue, but failed to resolve it-- they suggested covering the vent so I don't notice it anymore)

Overall, the 3 Redline technicians I've dealt with over multiple interactions with were incompetent; and Derek in particular was very disrespectful!

Redline was great to work with. They were able to provide transparent pricing for cleaning our furnace over the phone. The technician, Connor, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great service for a fair price.

He also had an apprentice tagging along, which was great to see a business investing their time & effort to promote trades.
