Derek was great! He was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain the new humidifier system he installed and was very patient and thorough. They also did a simple maintenance exam to prep for fall/winter months. Highly recommend!

So bad. I had an appointment today from 10AM-12PM and I called at 11:40AM and redline has an answering service (not even the company) who then said someone would call me back. No one did.

I called at 2:15PM (answering service again and not the actual company) and said what is happening? Why has no one called me back or arrived - they apologized and said someone will call me back ASAP. It is now 3PM (3 hours after they were meant to arrive) and I cannot get hold of anyone and no one will answer my calls.

They clearly do not have good customer service set up as you can speak to anyone at Redline and then they clearly don’t care about your time as they don’t respect the time windows or call you to update you.

Such a bad company

Redline provided me an amazing customer experience. They were super responsive from the very beginning. When I had my consultation they sent a technician by who knew what he was talking about and not just a sales guy. It was a low pressure, consultative approach. I did my diligence and gathered 2 other quotes as well, and ultimately chose Redline because of the characteristics I've already mentioned, as well as their Carrier products, competitive pricing, and the fantastic financing options that they had available.

With any construction project, things can go wrong. The most important thing is how the contractor handles it. This was no exception. After toiling away in hot attic all day long, the technicians forgot to flip the switch for the furnace after they installed it, and one of them accidentally put a foot through my ceiling.

Heather from the office proactively called me and apologized profusely and immediately arranged to have a handyman come out and fix it on their dime. A couple of weeks later when I discovered that the furnace wasn't turning on, they immediately sent out a technician who fixed it instantly.

I would recommend Redline Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Denver area in a heartbeat!

I called Redline for my heating system issues, and while I did feel the cost was on the high side, I have to give credit to Brandon. He came out the same day, and I had a lot of questions because I wanted to understand the whole process. Brandon was patient, explained every detail, and did a thorough job on the repair. Lakeside completed a warranty repair on our A/C system. The coil failed and sprung a leak. Technician Joe was very friendly and helpful and even answered all of our stupid questions. He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. These guys are great.

All of the staff from Lakeside were extraordinary. From the initial calls with Holly and Marissa giving me advice on troubleshooting our furnace blowing no heat, to Tony's visit to give estimate, to install day with Nick and Mick. I'm totally pleased to have hired Lakeside Heating for our furnace replacement. Nick and Mick were especially considerate, caring and capable! Nick patiently waited till I heard the knocks and doorbell (I work nights and I overslept). We have a cluttered and disorganized house and they did not bat an eye, just came in and went right to work. Extremely professional friendly and even made us laugh. Appreciate most that Tony did not try to oversell us unnecessarily. Above the rest, we got a 20 yr warranty of part of our new Lennox furnace=peace of mind! I'd recommend Lakeside to my best friend.
