I got a new AC unit put in, our house is very old and we've never had central air before. They came in and walked us through every step, where the unit would be as well as the wiring and process of moving the heater. Tony B and Chael G did the install, and let me say they are amazing assets to the team. Everything went smoothly. They did such a great job and they even cleaned up behind themselves. I would 100% recommend Lakeside Heating A/C to anyone who needs work done on their heating or cooling units. Fantastic job and Fantastic people.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. The installation team, Kel and Derrick, arrived right on time and impressed us immediately with their expertise and efficiency. Lakeside Heating & AC was the best house-related team I've ever worked with. The quote process with Tony was straightforward, and he took time to answer all my questions. We had several AC companies quote our job, and Lakeside seemed to be the only one who considered our specific house needs. We only have 820 sq feet and a small crawl space, and Tony was honest about what was possible and wasn't trying to shove a one-size-fits-all on me. Holly in the office answered all of my financing questions and was great about confirming appointments and next steps. Calvin's install team was efficient, highly knowledgeable, and professional (and quiet, wow!). Calvin spent a lot of time showing me the system after installation and answering all my questions.

Their prices weren't the cheapest out there, but it was also not outrageously expensive like some other quotes I received. Their work was honest and of quality, AND their 0% financing option was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

This is a top notch company! Easy to work with. Tony, the owner came by to give me a quote. I had tons of questions which he took the time to answer. The quote was delivered the next morning via email and was the most thorough of the others I received. No questions on what was being covered. Lots of savings with discounts and rebates (which they handled) When it came time to install, Mick and Nick did a very professional job. Also answered any questions. They were very pleasant as well. The contracted electricians were top notch.
Respectable close knit company that makes you feel you are getting the best and that you can call on them for any future care of the equipment they installed. Great experience!!

Lakeside was referred to me by my brother for installation of a heat pump. I found Tony be professional and he explained the costs, benefits (including all rebates), and what to expect from a heat pump system. Nick and Mick showed up on time and installed the new system in a professional manner. I would recommend using Lakeside for any HVAC needs.

The owner Tony came out and gave me a very thorough estimate. Clearly communicated options and then we agreed on best choice for new Furnace and A/C. I compared "5 of the top rated" companies in the metro area. I got apples/apples estimates using exact same product line, and model number. Lakeside Heating & Air had the overall best final numbers. More importantly, they had clear positive history with warranty work which had excellent reviews in this area. The other big companies had a lot of negative reviews on follow-up warranty work. They are also family owned business with 50 years plus of positive history in local communities.

The installation by "Mick/Nick" was spotless and meticulous. They were on-time, excellent communication, walked me through maintenance process, and thermostat programs. Help set-up everything including humidifier options. They were exceptionally clean, laid down drop cloths, and were the best service professionals I have ever experienced. I did my homework! Use this company, you will not regret your decision. I will provide one and three year updates. 04/08/2024.

I had Joe come over to do an evaluation of my furnace. It was a second opinion to see if I really needed a new $9,000 furnace.
Another company had come out to do my yearly cleaning and 20 point inspection and determined that my furnace was short cycling because it was getting to hot and therefore I needed a new capassator which starts the blower motor. This lovely part was going to cost me $1667.00. I was also told that my gas control was was leaking and that part would cost an additional $1198.00. There recommendation was that I buy a new furnace and highly suggested that I also get a new air-conditioning unit at the same time before that goes out as well.
Joe determined I did not need a new furnace at this time and all the repairs suggested were un warranted. I paid $129.50 for the inspection and an additional $39.30 to clean my sensor.
Words cannot express how grateful I am that there are still honest companies out there looking out for people like me. Joe thank you! When the time comes down the road when the replacement is actually necessary Lakeside has earned mine and my friends and family's business for life.

We got quotes from 6 companies to upgrade our HVAC system and Lakeside won our business for a few reasons. The first is the owner Tony showed up and he was just no bullshit and I appreciated the straight forward approach vs. the sales led approach that some other companies do. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes and I greatly appreciated that they handle the rebates for heat pumps so our initial cost is lower. The installation went smoothly and the service guys were on time, nice, professional and experienced. Our system is working flawlessly and I have confidence in them doing maintenance in the future. They are a great family run business!

Lakeside Heating and AC replaced my 25 year-old furnace and decrepit AC unit. They provided a reasonable quote, and made it easy to take advantage of Xcel rebates as part of the quote. They understood my priorities, including making sure the replacement AC unit had a smaller footprint, but equal or greater efficiency than my previous unit. They gave me two good options to choose from. The installation guys showed up promptly, were super tidy, friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

We contacted Lakeside Heating and Air through a referral. They had serviced our 20 year old system, 2 years ago, and never pushed us to replace it, but we finally decided it was time. Selecting the new system was more suggestion than pressure. They arrived on time on day of installation. Two polite, friendly brothers were the installers. They were clean and did an excellent job of installing the heating and cooling units. We are very happy with our decision to go with Lakeside Heating and Air.

Had Lakeside out about a week ago to give us a price on our 40 year old furnace, they came in with a very reasonable price after hearing about our needs for our house moving forward. They just left today after installing it both Chael and Derrick did an excellent job first taking away the old furnace, installing the new one and showing us how it operates along with our new thermostat. Lakeside came out to bid replacements for my old furnace and air conditioner. They came in with very reasonable prices with a number of rebates included. The team was excellent to work with, from the ladies in the office who responded quickly to my questions, to Tony who worked up a number of options/bids, to the installers, Chael & Derrick, who did an excellent job of removing the old and installing the new equipment, as well as providing instructions on the new thermostat.
