Vadzim was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Although the part necessary to complete the repair was unavailable due to supply shops not being open when I called Saturday, he followed up promptly Monday morning when supply shops re-opened. He was able to come out and get my washing machine working good as new right away. A quick and reliable diagnosis paired with a solid repair job left me and my family very grateful! Thank YOU Vadzim!!

A neighbor’s freezer wasn’t freezing, so he called ge monogram freezer repair. The evaporator fan motor was replaced, and frozen food returned to proper temperature.

Our sub zero certified repair was done after the fridge stopped cooling properly. The technician replaced a worn fan and calibrated the system. The fridge keeps food cold consistently.

The gas stove valve wasn’t closing properly, which was a major concern. Their repair service took care of it quickly and safely. Everything is sealed tight and works properly now. Great response time too.

The service I received from this company was so impressive that I truly couldn’t ask for anything more. Your technician handled the issue with my refrigerator hinge problem excellently. The service was top-notch and came at a very affordable price. Keep up the great work, team! Thank you!

Five stars well deserved! My stove burner is not working, and I called this company for help. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it within minutes. Their service was both amazing and affordable. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know.

The technician did not speak english very well and would not tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator. The main office also would not share with me what was wrong. They also said it would take at least a week to do the repairs. I have moved on and decided to work with another company

If I could give them zero stars I would. Technician was rude and left our house after us showing that hundreds of ppm of Carbon Monoxide was still being emitted from our oven - obviously not fixed at all. Technician said it looked fine to him and left. After calling for support, they were no help. Avoid at all costs.

ONE STAR IS TOOOO MANY...This company sucks...steer clear if you can. They don't know what they are doing. The tech has been out over 8 times and keeps replacing the ice maker with a new unit to have to same issue EVERY time. If it wasn't thru a home warranty company I wouldn't have anything to do with these clowns!

The "technician" literally told us to not use self clean on oven. Last I checked, it is a basic function of every oven and expected normal use. They will come out many times to repeat the same fix that was never done right costing you more than just buying a new appliance. Stay far away from them. There are way better companies in the Denver and surrounding areas that do a good job.

!!!! Total scam!!! Called for warranty service. Service tech came, barely could understand English, but I still proceeded with the evaluation of my appliance. He verified and confirmed the problem and then said he probably he has to order parts but has to see what parts he has to order so they would get back to me within 48 hours which they never did. So I called in And they said that the ticket has been closed and I have to call again for another service call through the warranty company for them to come back out. Bottom line, is they had me sign an area that said the work was ‘complete and repaired’. When I asked him about that area, he said that’s just to order the parts and to verify that he came out to diagnose The problem so I didn’t argue. I just signed it which caused me to have a repair that was not repaired so the company is a scam and also committing insurance fraud.

Mike is an excellent and professional technician. He was timely, called 10 mins before arrival, found the issue right away, ordered the part and fixed the issue within a week. We were worried about this company after reading all of the reviews but the were very communicative about scheduling both visits and our experience was excellent!

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY
The have 11 complaints and an "F" Rating with the BBB
I believe this company is engaged in fraudulent practices. My personal experience, along with their public reputation, raises serious concerns about their integrity and professionalism.
This company has received 11 complaints and holds an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Despite this troubling record, they were approved by American Home Shield (AHS) to perform warranty work. Unfortunately, my experience highlights what I suspect is a pattern of dishonesty and negligence.
They were hired through my AHS warranty to repair a dishwasher that would not drain. After inspecting the appliance, their technicians claimed they could not identify the problem. However, upon contacting AHS, I was informed that the technicians had reported the issue as being caused by mouse teeth marks on a line.
This explanation is implausible. Even if their claim about mouse damage were accurate, they were sent to repair the appliance. Why, then, did they not replace the line or address the issue? Their failure to act suggests a lack of competency or intent to fulfill their contractual obligations.
I believe this company operates a fraudulent scheme. They accept warranty assignments, shift blame to avoid making repairs, and leave customers with unresolved issues. Online reviews corroborate my experience and reflect a consistent pattern of similar complaints.

I would have given this company 0 star! I requested range hood repair service through American Home Shield (AHS, which is great BTW), who sent a technician from Aurora Appliance Repair to my house. The tech came and immediately diagnosed that my Viking range hood motor needed to be replaced because it was not working properly with extremely loud noise and low power. However the report he sent to AHS said there was nothing wrong with the range hood. I disagreed and asked AHS to resend him over to double check. He came again and said, and even wrote on the work receipt that the motor was not working right, it “doesn’t suck smoke with low power, very loud noise”. However, yet again he reported to AHS that there was nothing wrong with the motor. I was shocked and really couldn’t understand his mentality. I called his company and asked to speak to his manager but the agent told me their managers do not speak on phone with customers. I asked for their email address and then emailed the manager with the work receipt attached, twice, on which there were this tech’s words that the range hood motor was having all those issues. I got no reply at all. I then requested AHS to send over another company for a second opinion. This new tech from Horizon Appliance & Hvac immediately diagnosed the problem and sent the report to AHS, and the motor replacement cost was immediately approved by AHS. I would NOT recommend Aurora Appliance Repair at all. And I didn’t know they already had so bad reviews all over the internet.

I used Cinch Home Warranty and they sent out this company. The guy who worked on my washer did not seem to know what he was doing. He told me he fixed it. He did not. I had them come back out a few days later. They sent the same guy. He again said he fixed it (imbalanced drum - grinding noise). He said the problems was two coins he found in the filter. He didn't look at the back of the machine. He came out a third time. This time he must have looked at the back because I was later told (via the diagnosis he submitted) that wires were cut. Cinch said washer was not covered because wires were cut.
I paid a different company (could not get a refund on deductible) to look at it. Yes, the first guy cut the wires. What he also did not see was that the gasket had broken and it was rusted inside. This was creating the grinding noise I told him initially.
It was so far gone, I have to replace. It's TWO YEARS OLD. Cinch won't replace or reimburse because wires were cut. HE CUT THE WIRES.
Also, he was so very rude and disrespectful. -

Do not use this company! I had a technician come out to my house to inspect my refrigerator which was covered by my warranty. The technician did his inspection and wrote up that I needed a replacement refrigerator door. Not only did I witness this, but my camera’s witnessed him writing the paperwork after the inspection. He stated on the paperwork that I needed a new door, however his company submitted to the warranty that there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator door.
I emailed a copy of the paperwork to the company and received an email this evening from Dmitrii Iakovlev stating “ our records indicate that the technician's note about needing a new door (right side) was based on your initial assessment. We strive for transparency and accuracy in all our documentation and communications”.I responded informally him that my cameras has it recorded that he filled his paperwork after the inspection and my assessment has no bearings on what his wrote in the problem block of the paperwork.
This company is not ethnical and should not be trusted. I have filled a complaint with the BBB along with notifying my warranty company and Lowe’s.
