This is one of the most knowledgeable pool companies in the industry. I've used Gary and Danielle now on my properties for 5 years. Gary will do whatever it takes to come up with a solution for any problem. He solved an issue for me that 3 other pool companies could not solve which had been going on for 2 years. Metro will let you know what the best ideas are for your equipment and give you a straight answer if it needs replaced or it can last or if their are better options. One of the things I love is I can get ahold of him any time. I would recommend Metro to anyone.

Quickly fixed a difficult leak and added better piping and valves. Amazing job on short notice. This is one the best and most knowledgeable pool/hydro businesses in the country much less the Denver area. Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and nice. Very good people are owners and pros.

We got our pool late last summer. Metro Pools did the maintenance to our HOA pool so I asked Gary to balance our chemicals after we got our pool running. They winterized our pool last fall and just fired it up for the summer today. They are very professional and reasonably priced. We plan on using them for all of our pool needs.

Metro Pools were highly responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. They worked through a snowstorm on a very difficult pool heater replacement, honoring their deadline and solving a problem other mechanical firms were unable to in a very short amount of time. They are personable, hardworking, experienced and reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Metro Pools saved me last year when my other pool service ghosted me. They were quick to respond and took great care in making sure everything was handled properly. I hired Grout Medic Denver to replace the grout in my shower floor and would highly recommend them. The work they did was professional, they were on time, and ensured the work area was clean before leaving. Some may wait to have this type of work done before selling. I would have it done in advance so you can enjoy the results of the work.

They worked on my Master shower. From the estimate to the tech who did the work Grout Medic was great. I had them clean my tiles, re-grout, and re-caulk. It looks great! They even cleaned my glass around the shower which wasn't part of the deal. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: Grout Medic followed up with me in less than a day to make this small snafu right!! The owner reached out personally and kindly. Very, very impressive. It was a simple fix and they wasted no time taking care of this. I am now having them out to estimate another project for me because clearly they are a company that cares and will do the full job, no matter what. I'm always impressed when a company acts immediately on customer feedback! 10/10

I had Grout Medic regrout our kitchen floor and our master shower. The kitchen floor turned out great, but I'm realizing that I didn't get what I paid for with our shower. These pictures are within 24 hours of Oscar finishing the job... the quote said "fill missing grout lines" -- perhaps I misunderstood and they were never going to regrout the problem areas? Just be sure you know exactly what you're paying for. I thought for $418 for the shower aspect that I'd get better results.

We had a shower and bathtub that had initially had a poorly performed grout and seal job done by the previous owner. I contacted Grout medic and they sent an estimator the same day. He did a brief but thorough inspection and recommended a reasonable and affordable solution. We were able to get a technician out the next day and he did an incredible job. They fixed all the grout and then also steam cleaned the shower. Highly recommend hiring them.

Dubiel came out to give us a proposal and he's such a knowledgeable and helpful young man. Loved him and if we choose to have Grout Medic do our tile/grout cleaning - it will largely be due to him. He's a great young man and represents the company so well. Update: we had the work done and the fellow that did the work was named Carlos and he was terrific. Worked super hard and left us with a shower that almost looks new. Hats off to Grout Medic.

Grout medic did an incredible job washing away 10 years of dirt and mildew on white tile and white grout. They were also able to repair our shower caulking and grout, they did a remarkable job! Wish I did this sooner!

Erick did an excellent job on our large travertine steam shower! The tiles and existing grout are beautifully clean and the new replaced grout matches perfectly.
