I have to say this. I know it’s just grout, but for me this is absolutely amazing and such a huge relief. I grew up in this house and I’ve never seen the tile look so beautiful. It feels like a new bathroom. A million thank yous!!!! I’m not embarrassed if friends and family see my bathroom now. I am blown away at how well this work was done and the gentleman was fast and very professional.

The owner did reach out and came out to redo the spots that did not match. It looks a lot better now and I am happy with the work that was done. I updated the rating as well.

The technician who came out was very friendly and professional. He explained there was water damage under the tiles, which made it difficult to get the surface to match the surrounding area. While that part was understandable and not really their fault, the grout they used was a major disappointment.

I had provided the exact grout we originally used, but they chose to go with their preferred product, assuring me the color would match. Unfortunately, it didn’t—it was much darker and stands out in a bad way. I sent photos and was told someone would come assess it, but the only available time was after we had already moved out of state. They eventually said it wouldn’t be worth sending someone and would review the photos again, but I haven’t heard anything back since.

Really disappointed in how the issue was handled. The communication dropped off completely and we’re left with an area that looks mismatched and poorly finished.

Danny came on time and worked diligently to complete grout and caulking work. He had items in his vehicle that he needed as he was working so he didn’t need to leave and come back. He did a great job cleaning up the shower when he was finished and left the bathroom area clean. The communication from Grout Medic was great and the payment process was easy. Dubiel, the estimator, was very personable and communicated clearly. I am a return customer and feel I can trust Grout Medic.

I’m so pleased with the tile and grout cleaning service. I really thought our bathroom was a lost cause but it now looks brand new! Carlos Lara did a great job. Highly recommend!

The Tech. Daniel was punctual on his arrival time. He was very polite and professional. He looked the work to be done. Then went to his car to retrieve the necessary items and tools to preform the work. Daniel worked non-stop to complete the job. The work looks great. The price was reasonable and fair. We had a great experience getting our grout cleaned and our shower caulk revamped. Their price was reasonable, they were very professional, and very patient when we were trying to pick the correct grout color. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I had the absolute best experience with Grout Medic. I submitted my request for service and within an hour had a call to schedule a time for the estimator. Dubiel came out the next day and provided a reasonable figure for cleaning & resealing our tile and grout. He explained exactly what the job entailed. The work was scheduled for just a few days later.

The technicians (Erick & Hemni) did a fantastic job. Our tile looks like new! I can't recommend Grout Medic enough for there professional work!

We originally planned to have our bathroom floors and shower fully regrouted because the grout had gotten pretty worn down. The Grout Medic took the time to assess everything and recommended a cleaning and recolor instead, explaining that it would be more affordable while achieving the same result. We really appreciated the honesty, and we were so impressed with Dubiel, Fernando, and Danny from start to finish. The grout looks even better than when we first moved in.

Danny Montenegro did a fabulous job and was so efficient. In and out and did a beautiful job! I wish I took before pictures. It was not good.... It's so pretty now!

Really appreciate how quickly they were able to have someone out to review the work and provide an estimate. I needed the tile in my upstairs bathroom re-grouted. My technician Henry was great...arrived on time, did fantastic work, and left the bathroom spotless. From request for quote to completed job was less than a week. It looks great, had no idea how much of a visible improvement it would be! Would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I have to say in a time where everything is twice as expensive as you think it should be, Grout Medic (Johnathan the tech) did a beautiful job on my floors for a great price. Ramon was great. We had the corners redone due to peeling and cracking on both our showers. He was very detailed oriented. I am so happy with his work. Also, I really appreciated how clean he was. WOW…The Grout Medic is an AMAZING company! My wife and I met Jesus Barrios, the owner at the recent Colorado Garden and Home Show. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while discussing what he could do for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. He said that his team would remove all existing grout and caulking in our ceramic tiled showers and countertops and then regrout, recaulk and seal them, as well as, clean and seal the travertine tiled floors. The granite countertops in the kitchen were also cleaned and sealed. He showed us before and after pics of his previous work, had Mikenzie, his delightful, professional administrator call to set the appt to come by, prepared a detailed description of the work to be performed and sent over his talented techs to do the job. Fernando, Carlos, Erick and Ramon arrived on time; they were funny, diligent, hardworking and highly skilled. Just a PLEASURE to work with. The bathrooms and kitchen are STUNNING! They look brand new and they’re nearly 30 years old, what a SMOOTH, OUTSTANDING JOB well done…I highly recommend The Grout Medic to anyone looking to refresh their bathrooms and kitchens!

This is the second time I have used Grout Medic and am always surprised at how good my (3) showers look. We have had grout repair, new caulking, sanitizing and sealing the tiles/grout. Fernando did a great job and worked non-stop on our project. From the quote, to the completion, all were prompt and professional. Everything always look like it was just installed after completion!

The entire installation process was well organized. We needed a very specific mix of 2 different colored tiles, and Jorge worked with us closely to assure I understood any imperfections in the tiles, and what our options were. And it came out beautifully!

Dubeil who wrote the estimate, was honest and didn't try to upsell me. The Technician, Oscar, was thorough and willing to correct things I pointed out to him. He finished by the time I needed. It looks really nice. Had kitchen granite counter top cleaned and sealed, Backsplash cleaned and sealed, both bathrooms tile in shower and on floor, cleaned and sealed and grout replaced in the bathroom with the tub. He made sure to have me pick the right color for the grout. Thank you for making my house look refreshed like when it was first remodeled.

Extremely happy with work by Grout Medic at a fair price. Had shower tile steam cleaned, grout removed and replaced and it looks great. Also had kitchen and entry tiles cleaned plus grout cleaned and re-sealed. It looks like new.
