I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Mike from Pinnacle Roofing Associates, LLC! Here it is in the beginning of the year of the year and my roof starts leaking. Thankfully, Mike from Pinnacle told us it was a skylight leak and he’d fix the leak on the spot!
We got the checkbook out to pay a fair price for the fix, but mike insisted on waiting to ensure there was no more moisture coming into the house. Over a month later, three snow storms, and no leak!! We had a great experience! Thank you Mike!

Mike did an excellent job on our roof. I was skeptical that his crew could do it in 1 day but they did and it looks great. Mike takes time to go over every detail and question with you. He is professional and honest.

Roy and his team do incredible work. We have had roofing and exterior painting done by them and both jobs were completed quickly and expertly. They are always professional, kind and considerate of of my time/work schedule. Roy will take all the time needed to fully evaluate the job and discuss the details. After completion, he does a thorough inspection and makes immediate corrections if needed. I am very happy with the work they have done and would highly recommend them!

We couldn't ask for better service. When I called Mike to ask if he could check my roof for hail damage, he said he could meet the next morning. Mike was personable and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions and was easy to contact, either answering when I called or calling me back quickly. His crew was diligent and did a fantastic clean up, and I have yet to find a single roofing nail on the ground. He worked directly with my insurance company to assist with the hail damage claim, making the whole process very easy and transparent. We are very lucky to find Mike Owens’ team to work on our hail-damaged roof. Their work is Absolutely FANTASTIC! Mike communicated very well with us regarding materials, detailed work, time lines and cost. Numbers fell into place exactly as quoted and they handled all with the insurance company. They also did extra works in addition to what is in the contract to make things perfect. Their clean up and care was excellent. We asked Pinnacle Associates to fix a roof leak. Mike meticulously investigated and documented the source to be a defective furnace flue. He replaced the flue as well as the shingles damaged when another company placed temporary tarps over the areas in question. The job was completed within 48 hours of my original call. Mike is thorough, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will use Pinnacle for any issues in the future.

I recently noticed some soffit sagging around the roof over my garage, and had some concerns about what was going on. I called on Saturday afternoon, and they were able to come meet me within a couple of hours, which I was not expecting.

Mike was extremely professional and honest. He let me describe all my concerns, and he addressed each of my concerns with a lot of detail so I fully understood what was going on. He also didn't push to do work that didn't need to be done. I appreciate that trust and honesty, and that's why I will be using Pinnacle for any future roofing projects. Thanks Mike!

We had a wonderful experience working with Roy and his team. We recently had our home painted and new gutters installed. The prep work before painting was thorough without missing a detail. The paint looks spectacular and the 6 inch gutters look wonderful. We experienced professionalism, a great value and quality work. Our home looks fantastic. I used pinnacle for a recent roof replacement and left the experience very impressed. I was treated as an individual rather than a number and Mike was great about getting me the right product for my requirements, and at the right price. He was also very gracious about answering my numerous questions as the job progressed and about several specific requests i made. I anticipate this is the last roof this house will ever need, but if i find myself in a new house at some point in the future, i will definitely be using pinnacle again.

Pinnacle Roofing replaced our roof last week and we were highly impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and thoroughness of the job. We decided to go with Pinnacle after hearing several glowing recommendations from neighbors. Mike was extremely diligent and went above and beyond to complete the job to our satisfaction. He helped us make sure the insurance claim included everything it was supposed to before starting work, and asked about our HOA. We really appreciated how he kept us informed on everything that was going on, from material delivery to the inspection, and he even laid out a rain plan in case the weather didn't cooperate. We were confident that our roof was in the best hands during the whole process. We were really impressed by the whole operation and would definitely use Pinnacle again. Great customer service!

Mike and his crew were amazing to work with. Mike walked me through the entire process. All I can say is that Pinnacle Roofing Association has a great associate when it comes to Mike. He is not there to up sell you. He tells you what he thinks should be done and why. Mike is awesome at what he does. His crew had the whole roof done in 1 day, cleaned up around the whole house with any mess that was made. They knew I had dogs and kids and they didn't want either finding even the smallest nail.
