Mike and the team were great to work with. Painting, new roof, and gutters - the work was done well and on time. When weather caused delays to the project, Mike was communicative and ensured I understood the plan and schedule to get things back on track.

I was impressed by the streamline process Pinnacle Roofing used from the delivery of the product to the completion of my neighbor's roof. I asked Mr. Owens to check my roof for hail damage , also. This gentleman not only assessed our roof for damage, he also repaired a pipe-jack and blew the leaves out of the gutters while up there ! Mr Owens and Pinnacle Roofing Associates went above and beyond the normal call of duty. It's not often that you find such an exceptional roofing contractor. Thank you Pinnacle Roofing Associates !!

Highly recommend. I contacted Pinnacle for the first time after we discovered a leak. Mike Owens came out within a few hours and identified the leak. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. All issues were resolved within a couple of hours.

Mike and his crew were absolutely great. We had dealt with two companies before we found Mike and they were very shady. But the whole process with pinnacle was easy and everything was done well and on time. Would recommend this company!

Mike and his crew did outstanding work. They really know their business and obviously have lots of experience. Work was done quickly but with an eye for making sure that it was done correctly. The area around our house was spotless when they finished and cleaned up. The job was made more difficult by their having to work around our large water feature. We covered the water feature with tarps and not a single nail was found after they were done. We highly recommend them.

If you need anything roofing call Pinnacle first. I called Mike on Monday at 415 when i got off work and he showed up at my house around 5. Mike inspected my plumbing vent and determined it wasn't the cause of a leak i had in my house. He also checked all other my other vents on my roof. He than went out of his way to determine the leak was most likely coming from the bathroom. He was honest, polite, and very knowledgable. I will be callng him with any other roofing need and highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike and his crews were great both times I used Pinnacle. The second time he found hidden damage behind the facade I was replacing. It was beyond his abilities so he called in another company and got the damage fixed asap instead of leaving me to find a different contractor (with a hole in my attic). I would recommend him to a friend.

Excellent experience with the owner, Mike Owens. He was able to squeeze me in on relatively short notice (we had an upcoming inspection scheduled). He arrived on time, took photos of all areas that needed repairs and explained things. He worked efficiently and provided detailed documentation which I had requested.

He gave us an incredibly reasonable price on our gutter replacement and even went the extra mile to help us replace a missing piece of the soffit on our house… He even painted it before he put it up and spent time making sure that the trim around our house and the color matched perfectly. If you get the chance, Mike is your guy 100%.

Mike was the best! During that huge wind storm last month he came out immediately and made sure my roof was okay, then he met with the insurance company. They scheduled me fast and the work was done in one day. He was always nice and professional. I would strongly recommend. A++

Mike was very helpful when a new roof was needed because of hail damage. He worked with the insurance inspector directly to make sure our needs were met. We were on a very tight timeline (because of selling the house), so he worked with us to get it all done before closing.

I had called Pinnacle to come check out my roof after the golf ball sized hail storm we had as I had been told by a neighbor that my vent on the roof was bent and had taken hail damage. Mike was already in the area and was nice enough to stop by less than a half hour after I called him to check to see if the vent just had cosmetic damage or if there was restricted airflow. Turns out it was just cosmetic! Very honest, fast, and friendly man! I will definitely be calling them again if we ever have any roof issues in the future!

I called Mike to assess my roof due to leaks I had experienced. He came out within 30 minutes and fixed my issue the same evening. He did not band aid the situation as others had and explained the possible issue thoroughly. I worked with two other roofing companies who were not as knowledgeable as Mike. Wow! As a small business owner myself, excellent customer service means the world to me. After putting up my Christmas lights this year, I thought I saw wear on my roof and was afraid it was time to replace it. Lord knows I've seen my neighbors getting their roofs replaced, even though our homes were only Built-in 2006. I was seeing fibreglass edges showing around the edge of the asphalt tiles, and wanted to get an estimate . I Googled roofers and saw Pinnacle had x46 5 Star reviews. I called got Mike's voice-mail. I left a quick message and moved on to the next phone number online, but he called me right back. He said he was on his way to a job close by and could swing by on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, climbed up with me and explained what I was seeing. He reassured me that all was well up there, and showed me how what I was seeing was normal, and that I was only about half way through my room's lifespan. When we got down he had an afterthought and climbed back up, this time to the top tier to check the attic vent grommets on the back of the roof and sure enough! He came down with photos showing how the rubber has cracked and shrunk aver the years, causing a leak into my attic. He said he could fix it later that day for $85! DONE! I never would have seen that, and he warded off a costly leak by taking an extra moment to be thorough. Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thanks Mike!" I know who to call when the times comes.

We would highly recommend Roy Thomas and Pinnacle Roofing Associates. We hired them to do interior painting and the crew was thorough, professional, had great attention to detail, and were polite and friendly. Roy was excellent to work with. He was absolutely organized, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. This was a very positive experience for our family and we are very satisfied with the resulting work.
