Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I made contact with S&S through a former contractor who was no longer working due to injuries. His site inspector was contacted who was now working for S&S.

The work to be completed due to hail damage was discussed. The S&S agent was present when the insurance adjustor was on site.

We were contacted before materials arrived as to an anticipated start date. Workers on site were courteous and respectful of the property. Magnetic cleanup was done well.

There was some minor touch up following the re-roofing process which was completed sucessfully and skillfully by an S&S worker.

Communication with the S&S office by email was responded to within a 24hour period. Information was timely, informative, and helpful.

All permits and necessary items were handled successfully by S&S. The amount quoted for roofing, gutters, etc were within the insurance adjustment amount received.

Quality work and quality people were my experience.
