Today aug 16 2021 around 230 pm I was traveling on I 225 and I had not one but two Comanche service trucks both fail to signal lane change and then proceeded to cut me off over two lanes to exit. Is your field drivers or any indication at how you run business I'm surprised you're still around. Terrible representation of your company and I will absolutely never use you guys.

The thought of replacing my roof was such a daunting idea. Fortunately, Joan was working on my neighbor’s house, cordially he said hi, we started speaking and he took the time to tell me what to do and expect if I wanted to replace my roof. He advised me to first get an assessment from my Insurance company and then call him. He reviewed the report and explained that the insurance company did not take some important details into consideration, which he took care of himself, and then went on to show me the information I needed for my HOA for approval. His crew arrived at 7 AM and began protecting my property and shortly after began the tear off process. They worked like a fine machine and by noontime they were gone and my home was left with a brand new roof and not a sign that anyone had been there. I highly recommend Construction Colorado for their work and Joan for being the exceptional person he is.

Jon and his team did such a great job on our roof. He was always available for any questions I had. He was proactive in every aspect from helping us out to pick the best matching color to our siding to protecting the surroundings of my house to make sure there wasn’t any nails on the grass that my kids can get hurt and guiding us thru the whole insurance claim process. Joan and Construction Colorado were amazing to work with when we replaced our roof in Colorado Springs at the end of 2021. They were extremely responsive in inspecting our current roof, giving us a quote for replacement, & helping in selecting the color that would help match the stucco we were putting on the home. The day of install they arrived on time and were quick and efficient with the roof replacement and cleaned up the area around the house from any of debris from the tear off of the old roof. We have been very satisfied with the quality of work they completed and would certainly use them again on our home & recommend them to anyone we know!

John (Joan) and his crew did a fantastic job on our roof as well as fixed the roofing boards causing a leak into our garage. Did a great job on flashing. Removed tile roof that was approximately 35 years old and replaced with asphalt shingles, that gives an incredible curb-appeal now! I highly recommend!!

Pete and his team were great! They turned our 1,000 sq ft basement into usable living space with a bedroom and walk-in closet, full bath, linen closet and family room in a little over 6 weeks. Everyone that worked on our basement was prompt, courteous and on time. We had gotten other bids and heard some horror stories about other contractors from friends and neighbors, so we were cautiously optimistic going in. We were very pleased with this project. Capco's owner deals with all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end. The entire process is straight forward and professional. Capco has well established relationship with it's subcontractors. All work was completed on timely basis.

My satisfaction with the job was certainly confirmed when the City Building Inspector made his final walk through and remarked, "beautiful job, this is exactly the way I would want my own home done".

Pete and his team did an amazing job for our basement finish project. Pete worked with us on a design, was extremely open with his pricing, patient with our decision making. I would like to start off by saying it was a pleasure working with Pete and his crew. We were at the end of our rope looking for professional contractors. We had had 5 contractors prior to hiring Pete and pretty much all the horrible experiences you can think of and to add covid on top of that…. However, we were so relived after hiring Pete to refinish our basement. He was very communicative. We knew exactly what to expect through the project and how to prepare for it. He explained to us the phases of what needed to be done and how. Not to mention his crew treated our home with absolute respect throughout the process. When they finished, we got a 3/4 Bathroom from our designated storage area and added a bedroom in our basement. It was an absolute joy! We plan to hire Capco for all our future remodels!

Last year a hail storm damaged an extensive number of homes in our area, including ours. We chose Ascend based on a neighbor's recommendation. We are very happy we did.

Why?
