Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

I highly recommend McCanan Construction. They are professional, punctual, and prompt. They handled everything for me in a timely manner. Also made sure my yard was cleaned up for my dogs and kids. If you need a new roof, siding, paint, or windows these are the guys.

McCanan Construction replaced my roof and gutters. The owner Andrew worked really hard to make sure my insurance covered as much as possible - he was very responsive and on top of everything, despite the insurance dragging their feet. When it was time to do the work, David and his crew were on time and worked really hard. They had the roof and gutters replaced in a day and a half despite some complications caused by the previous homeowners homebrew "improvements" that had to be taken out and completely rebuilt properly. The quality of work and attention to detail is amazing! I would highly recommend McCanan to anyone looking for high quality work at a reasonable price.

Andrew is very responsive and easy to work with. All of his workers, project manager and office staff are very professional. They keep up updated on each step of the project. I would highly recommend McCanan Construction for your next big project.

Working with McCanan Construction was seamless. They handled everything from start to finish. The office personnel was very responsive, professional and informative. I will recommend them to everyone as use them for my next home project.

Andrew and the McCannon team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy. The roof he replaced was on a house we were at the time in the process of buying, so even though he had to work between our realtor, the seller, and us, it still all went off seamlessly. Highly recommend. A great person that stands by his work.

Best construction company around. Competitive prices and top quality work finished on time!

We are very leery about accepting service from businesses that go door-to-door, these days it's just hard to trust with all the scams that go on, but we are very happy we did! We had a hail storm so we needed our roof and gutters replaced, along with a few other items. They were able to communicate with the insurance company and get everything covered and done for us. McCanan Construction came through with everything they told us and were very pleasant to work with. They were attentive and patient with all of our questions and where we were unsure they assured us. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Andrew and McCannon did an excellent job helping us navigate our roof replacement every step of the way. They were very helpful, reliable, and communicated readily. I would recommend them to family or friends, and already have do so. They did a great job!

One of the best companies in town to hire if you need a new roof!! Andrew and Josh were very accommodating, evaluated the damage on my roof, met with my adjuster and were able to get me new gutters and a roof! The process was easy, seamless, and they worked directly with State Farm to handle all of the payments! I recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof, gutters, paint, etc. as they made this process very easy and stress free! The workmanship as well was excellent when the job was completed!

Wonderful service! Thank you for the stellar communication during the whole process and answering all the questions very detailed. Appreciate you guys! Would recommend them to anyone.

McCanan Construction did an amazing job on my roof! Highly recommended! They get the job done!

I had Josh and McCanan Construction replace my roof and they could not have made it easier. They mostly dealt with the insurance, were able to arrange to have solar panels removed and put back on, did great work, and was easy to work with. I can’t recommend them more!

McCanan Construction was recommended to me following the hail storm last Spring. The work performed was excellent. Anytime I called the office my issues or questions were addressed immediately. Jennifer and Andrew were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any projects you may have.

Thank you Jennifer for keeping me informed throughout the whole process. This company excels at their jobs and keeping the customer in the know of what’s going on and what to expect. Would recommend them to anyone!

McCanan Construction helped my husband and I after a disastrous hail storm in May 2024. They had the perseverance to deal with our insurance company after multiple damage appraisers came out and failed to log their findings. The insurance also tried to low-ball us on the cost of repairs. Andrew and Jennifer fought to get us all of the repairs we needed to restore our house. They even went as far as to hire a Loss Consultant after Farmer's Insurance did not give us all the money we needed to make the repairs. They got us over $14K more than Farmer's Insurance initially was going to give us after the litigation. They worked with us for over a year on fixing our house and kept in contact about all the times of repairs and were very flexible. It was a long process, but that was only due to our insurance company. We did not have to pay anything out of pocket. They were true to their word. Thanks for all you did for us!

McCanan construction is a top notch company. They walked me through the entire roof replacement process and endured my many many questions. Joshua, Andrew, and Jennifer were amazing. If you are looking for a construction company, look no further. They are going to be my one and only call whenever I need any updates with my home.

I got my roof done by them about a month ago and I have to say it was such a great experience. Beginning to end. They were very informative and helpful throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend!

Andrew and his team did an amazing job on my roof replacement! The team is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Highly recommend!

Thank you for helping fix our roof recently! Kept us informed the whole way through the process. Would recommend to anyone needing a down to earth construction company that is not looking to get one over on you. They truly care about their customer. Appreciate all their work.

McCanan Construction was recommended to me by my insurance company for roof damage and I couldn't have been happier with how things turned out.

I had my consultation, roof inspection, and the work done all in the time span of a month. They work incredibly fast and do not drag their feet at all when it comes to providing their service to you which I really appreciated.

I also want to specifically recognize Jennifer for being super communicative with timeframes and dates as to when the roofers would be out; she made it super easy for me to plan my stuff out accordingly.

We are absolutely thrilled with the outstanding work performed by McCanan Construction! The results have completely exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for their expertise and support throughout the entire process.
As an older couple, navigating the often-complex world of home repairs and renovations can sometimes feel incredibly daunting and overwhelming. However, from the moment we first engaged with their team, McCanan Construction made the entire experience an absolute breeze. They genuinely prioritized our comfort and peace of mind at every turn.
From our very first introductory call, the level of service was consistently excellent. Everyone we interacted with, whether in the office or on-site, was simply lovely—professional, genuinely kind, and incredibly patient as they answered all of our many questions. They took the time to ensure we understood everything, without ever making us feel rushed.
The dedicated crew assigned to our project was exceptional. They arrived precisely on time each day, worked diligently, and were incredibly respectful of our home and property. We were impressed by their attention to detail during the clean-up process, leaving the site immaculate every evening. The final result—our beautiful new roof—looks fantastic and gives us great confidence in the durability and quality of their craftsmanship.
What truly sets McCanan Construction apart, in our opinion, is their seamless handling of our insurance claim. The sheer thought of dealing with paperwork, adjusters, and the back-and-forth communication was a major source of anxiety for us. Thankfully, we didn't have to worry about any of it; they took care of everything, managing the entire claim process from submission to completion and explaining each complex step clearly along the way. This comprehensive support removed a huge amount of stress for us, allowing us to focus solely on the excitement of our home improvement.
We cannot recommend McCanan Construction highly enough to anyone in need of home exterior services. If you are looking for a top-quality roof and a truly stress-free customer experience, especially when dealing with the intricacies of an insurance claim, look no further! This company operates with integrity and a genuine commitment to their clients, treating their customers not just as a job number, but like family. They have earned our enthusiastic endorsement and our heartfelt gratitude.
