Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

JF Constrcution was referred to us by a friend. We did a significant renovation with them and were very pleased with the process and results. Franco, the owner, is honest, transparent, and responsive. Our Project Manager, Jose, was fantastic. These guys work hard, take pride in their work, provide guidance along the way, and are very patient and easy to work with. They delivered on our expectations and I would highly recommend them for high quality work and a positive experience.

JF Construction did an awesome job on my bathroom. They are professional and do quality work. Franco the owner is a great person and have known him for years truly a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him and use him again for any needs I might have.

I have had the pleasure of working on several projects, both professionally and personally, with JF Construction for over 10 years. Franco is wonderful to work with and his crew are hard working and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for your remodeling and construction needs.

Very happy to recommend JF Construction! They completed a sizable remodel for us and the experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Our remodel included moving walls, wood floor repair, a full primary bathroom demo and renovation, electric work, plumbing, the entire house painted including some cabinetry, a dry bar installation, roof repair…just to name a few of the remodel elements. To boot, we were conducting the job remotely, which adds complexity to the job for them, but their excellent communication and responsiveness kept us in the loop and confident that we were in great hands. Throughout the engagement, Franco (owner) and Jose (project superintendent) went above and beyond by working extremely hard and long hours to keep us on time and on budget, taking great pride to meet their commitments and exceed expectations. And, the whole team was a pleasure to work with, which is also a direct testament to Franco and Jose’s careful oversight and the quality of subcontractors JF Construction utilizes. We have already recommended JF Construction to others and will happily use them for any other renovations we undertake. Enthusiastic, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and trustworthy! Can’t say enough good things about this company! Thank you guys!

Franco and his team at JF Construction did a fabulous job renovating our entire house! We bought an older home and wanted to make updates to it before we moved in. Franco worked closely with us to determine the scope of the job, budget, and timeline. He was great about working with our designer as well to make sure every detail was managed. His team showed up when promised and kept the job site very clean. All of his subs worked in the same fashion. I trusted them all completely. Whenever we needed to connect on anything, Franco was extremely responsive. When I tell our friends about our project and the work JFC did, they cannot believe that our project was completed on time and how smoothly everything went. It’s almost unheard of with contractors. I cannot recommend JFC more highly!

Jf Construction, Franco, and his entire team are absolutely top-notch. They are extremely dedicated to delivering high-end results and will do whatever it takes to get every detail exactly how you want it, never cutting corners. They show up every day, ensuring projects stay on schedule with no delays. Beyond their craftsmanship, they are incredibly trustworthy and hardworking. We even had to live in our home during construction, and they went above and beyond to help keep everything tidy, comfortable, and easy to move around in. At this point, they are like family to us. We’ve trusted them with several projects over the years and wouldn’t consider hiring anyone else.

JF Construction has worked on many of my projects from 2011 to the present. The team has performed and supervised drywall, stucco, painting, framing, finish carpentry, and tile projects. I strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality construction experience.

This is our second time working with Franco and JF Construction, and we are thrilled with the results. Because both were remodels while we lived in the homes, we have been around the contractors for a decent amount of the time. Franco’s subcontractors and employees are respectful and responsible, working diligently to ensure perfection. Growing up as the daughter of a custom home builder, my expectations were high, and JF construction exceeded the standard on every single point. The end result is beautiful, solid, and Franco is a joy to work with. You will be hard-pressed to find a man as ethical and conscientious as Franco. He is the only builder or contractor that I would recommend for your custom home or remodel. Outstanding experience, start to finish. Thanks JF Construction!

I had the pleasure of working with Franco and the JF Construction team for a recent home renovation project to remodel our primary bathroom, and I can confidently say that they exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the job. They took the time to truly understand my vision and ensured that every detail was executed perfectly, leaving no stone unturned. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous - herringbone tile wall, incredible work reconfiguring our bathroom, little finishes like a granite shelf above the tub for items, etc.

What truly sets JF Construction apart, however, is their exceptional timeliness and communication. They were always walking in at 8AM every day on schedule, and the project was completed within the agreed timeframe. Every step of the way, I was kept informed with regular updates and clear communication. Whether it was about timelines, decisions, or progress, I always felt in the loop, which made the entire process stress-free.

The professionalism and craftsmanship displayed by the JF Construction team were top-notch. Their dedication to delivering quality work was clear throughout the entire project. They worked diligently and with pride, and the final result is stunning.
I highly recommend JF Construction to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who not only deliver on their promises but go above and beyond. They turned my vision into a beautiful reality, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work!

I have used this company multiple times and have been extremely satisfied with results. They take care in covering the floors, even though at the time it was just OSB and the flooring was not in but still covered it to keep the dust and mess down. They take their time in prep work and it shows. very happy with the end result.

Very professional! My Jobs have been done in a timely manner. They cover the floors and have a cleaning service come through to clean out the electrical boxes which get messy with drywall mud during a new build. Very impressed with this crew and will certainly use again and recommend to anyone I know.
