Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

We have used Sanchez Quality Drywall several times. The first was in 2023 when we completely gutted and remodeled our home. Sabino & His team were fast, professional and as neat as is possible when drywalling an entire house. Even though there was no flooring or cabinets in place they put down floor covering and covered the new windows and remaining doors so there was no damage. They rolled it all up and took the trash with them when done. They also worked with us on scheduling deliveries and getting work done. We were so far behind schedule with other trades that we had to squeeze the insulation-drywall-paint guys together to get back in the house.
Because there were a few remaining "old walls" we needed texture walls & ceiling on the top 2 floors and had our preferred smooth finish on the main floor. All of it was perfect. They were fast, neat, respectful and did amazing work.
This year we called them back to patch and fire-seal the old garage that pre-dated the remodel. Again - fast, professional, a breeze to work with. You will never get better value for your money than Sabino's crew.

I have used this company on five projects in the last few years of very sizes from small to over 6000 ft.² and been very happy with the work quality. Their attention to detail is very good and I think they do a good job.

They did a great job on finishing and texturing my home office. They had the lowest bid, but it was even more impressive was how well they communicated throughout the entire process- from making sure they had all of the information to quote the project, getting a start an end date, and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. They even finished the project almost a week before it was needed to be done. I look forward to using them again.

Gracias por sus servicios en la remodelación de mi casa en la zona de cocina y baño.

I appreciated their thorough, timely, and courteous service.

highly recommend and qualified. they helped me out with short notice on a project on my deck and patio. the owner and all other employees were very helpful and professional. tthey did a great job cleaning throughout the project.

Juan Dimas owner of JD Home Improvements, just came to our home, personally to inspect a remodel to our basement. There were some personnel issues with some of his employee's and the quality of their work.

Mr. Dimas of JD Home Improvements meticulously inspected the work done and listened to our concerns. He not only apologized, he assured us that all issues would be addressed and "made right."

It is refreshing in today's society to find a genuine individual that cares about his companies reputation and more importantly customer satisfaction. As a Military Veteran and a retired Firefighter who was injured on the job after 34+ years of service, it is difficult for me to do the things I was able to do when younger. My wife and I have to rely on honest people who follow through on their commitments to provide quality work at a reasonable price. JD Home Improvements cares sbout its customers and values customer satisfaction.

Mr. Dimas is an honest, upright man, with true integrity. We will continue to use JD Home Improvements in the future for all our project needs.

Very diverse scopes and services. Made my underground work go fast & smooth on my projects.

UES Construction is a great company to work with. Their attention to detail is above all the rest. I use them regularly and they always do a great job!

Had a bad experience just trying to ask this company a question, so glad there are competent and reputable companies out there instead of this one. I emailed to ask if they had done location marking on a sewer bid and Michael, the President, called me to say he didn't understand the question. It's a simple question about their bid and their industry. He asked if it was for sewer or utilities. Well, since they only did a sewer bid, I would think that answer is obvious. And it's a yes or no answer. Our phone call was disconnected somehow and I tried to call back several times as well as email, but he would never pick up or respond. Very unprofessional and so incompetent, that they can't understand a simple question about their own bid.
The owner responds after FOUR YEARS?!? What ridiculousness. One quick look at my reviews shows tons of other ratings. UES is not only competent, but liars also.

Wanted to share that UES is a very professional company and follows through with many tasks. I have requested bids and the follow through has always been there whereas many other companies hem and haw about getting things quoted. I appreciate all the work I've done with UES over the past many years.

UES is a fantastic GC. They always follow through by their word, which is rare these days. We utilize them throughout the Metro area on projects ranging from concrete work and electrical work to things like snow removal even. Never a problem, any mistakes are rectified within the day usually. Strongly recommend these guys : )

UES Construction has been my go-to company. Always committed and willing to go the extra mile with all of the projects we have with them. Thanks Mike and keep up the great work!

UES Construction did a great job on my project. Very good communication and response to my needs. Do not hesitate to use for your next challenge.
