A couple of years after we got a new roof from Ascend we decided to redo the gutters on our house, and called them again. Every single thing about the experience, from the accurate estimate, to the on-time arrival, to the excellent product, to the clean up and billing was unbelievable easy. The crew was the best, quick and orderly. Our salesman, Chad, walked us through everything, and followed up with us during and after installation. We would use this company for any construction need that comes up.

Chad Williams was present most of time, therefore, the job went smoothly. The roofing crew was very efficient. I am very pleased with the overall completion of the job.

We contacted Ascend Construction after experiencing a devastating hail storm which caused extensive damage to both our home’s exterior and interior. Their crew responded immediately to halt the water coming through our ceilings and Chad followed afterword to evaluate damage and present a plan for repairs. Every worker they sent to make repairs was a skilled craftsman. We are pleased with all their work.
Ascend also dealt with our insurance company, providing necessary documentation of work completed, thus accelerating settlement of our claim. We experienced the advantage of contracting with only one firm responsible for all restoration work.

Ascend Construction Group is AMAZING! They went above and beyond throughout our project. We had a hail storm and needed our roof replaced. Chad and Tommy advocated for us with our insurance company and helped us to get other damage covered…gutters/downspouts, deck, storm door, AC unit, and siding. Chad and his team did a phenomenal job and everyone we encountered was respectful and kind. They were always here when they said they would be, they did top-notch work, and were careful to clean up our property when they left. Couldn’t talk more highly of this group. We had our roof, fence, and gutters replaced through them with a home insurance claim and everyone that I interacted with throughout the process was fantastic. Specifically wanted to point out Matt who managed my entire project for not only my home but also my rental. He was not only extremely thorough in his review of our home ensuring that everything that was damaged was covered and paid for by insurance, but was so helpful in helping me understand the process, what him and his team were doing, what insurance was covering and not covering and why, as well as how to read through my claim document provided by insurance so that I actually understood what I was looking at. It helped me to feel throughout the entire process that I as the homeowner actually understood what was going on and that I wasn’t getting the hood pulled over my eyes by insurance or by them as a contacting service. Ascend helped us replace our roof and windows after a particularly rough hail storm. From the very beginning, Paul kept us updated on the entire construction project and Kareem helped coordinate with us as well. The roofers and window installers arrived right on time and worked hard to finish each project in a day, with special attention paid to quality and customer service. I am very impressed with Ascend Construction Group. Matt and his team recently completed a shower remodel for a relative of mine. An issue arose when one part that was provided to them by the client for the project wasn't correctly sized and they went out of their way to help resolve the issue, even when it was no fault of their own. I appreciate the great communication with Tommy and his willingness to address my questions, and his kind gesture. Finally, they did an excellent job with the shower; it is absolutely gorgeous.
