I just had my primary bathroom remodeled by JF Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project involved a massive amount of tile work—wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling—and the execution was great!

I also appreciated how mindful they were of keeping the job site as clean as possible over the course of the six-week remodel. Franco and his team did an amazing job on our fireplace surround, backsplash, mudroom cabinets, and wall battens. Their work was meticulous, and they cleaned up every single day. Highly recommend!

Amazing! It was a simple job which needed attention to detail. They did a phenomenal job. It took hours longer due to an electrical problem AT the property - totally unrelated to them ... BUT they brought a master electrician and took care of it - didn’t charge more for it ..

Juan and his crews were low skilled. Poor communication. Damaged property and denied it. Then lied about family being deported.

So these guys are awesome! They do great work and are very responsive. The quality is there. Had them shore up the side and back fence and put in a new front fence. Told them I saw a fence a few blocks away that I liked and wanted the same one and it looks fantastic! These guys are good and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. BTW - they do a lot more than fences.

I really can't say enough good things about Franco and his crew. They made our house a home! Interior painting the entire main floor, total refinish the basement from the studs up, and added a beautiful custom bathroom downstairs. A real pleasure to work with this company. Franco, Marta and the team were excellent to work with. My extended family has a longtime contractor in NoCo that they've worked with on projects big and small, but unfortunately he won't work in Denver. We were fortunate to find JF Construction via nextdoor, and we were very happy with the first project performed. JF Construction finished my basement by dividing the space into a rec room, laundry room, and bedroom. They worked with a structural engineer to add a very large egress window, and handled all the permitting and made sure everything was to code- which feels like a terrible moving target. They added a vanity sink and laundry sink, electrical, framing, floor leveling, door installation, dry walling. We are happy with everything about the process and finished product. They were exceptionally responsive, very budget conscious (proving two or three options whenever there was a variable- such as adding unexpected additional insulation), and the workmen were courteous and the workmanship was high quality. Will definitely work with them again.

My wife and I were looking to get our basement bathroom and a spare bedroom remodeled due to an unfortunate shower drain issue that was previously mitigated. I reached out to a few contractors through friends and none of them showed up or called. An old coworker gave me Franco’s (JF) information so I called him. He showed up when he said he was going to and knocked the job out of the park. His team is awesome and cares about the quality. I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work or the professionalism demonstrated. I highly recommend working with Franco.

Very happy to recommend JF Construction! They completed a sizable remodel for us and the experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Our remodel included moving walls, wood floor repair, a full primary bathroom demo and renovation, electric work, plumbing, the entire house painted including some cabinetry, a dry bar installation, roof repair…just to name a few of the remodel elements. To boot, we were conducting the job remotely, which adds complexity to the job for them, but their excellent communication and responsiveness kept us in the loop and confident that we were in great hands. Franco and his team at JF Construction did a fabulous job renovating our entire house! We bought an older home and wanted to make updates to it before we moved in. Franco worked closely with us to determine the scope of the job, budget, and timeline. He was great about working with our designer as well to make sure every detail was managed. His team showed up when promised and kept the job site very clean. All of his subs worked in the same fashion. I trusted them all completely. Whenever we needed to connect on anything, Franco was extremely responsive. When I tell our friends about our project and the work JFC did, they cannot believe that our project was completed on time and how smoothly everything went. It’s almost unheard of with contractors. I cannot recommend JFC more highly!

I had the pleasure of working with Franco and the JF Construction team for a recent home renovation project to remodel our primary bathroom, and I can confidently say that they exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the job.
