Purchased special order kitchen drawers. Doris in kitchen was awesome. Dawn at customer service was not. Went to go purchase the drawers at customer service and she was rude and had an attitude. I was told she could find my order by my phone number, but instead of listening, she tried to send me back to kitchen. Basically just didn't want to help me by looking up my number or any customer service capacity until another associate stepped in. After the purchase was paid for she didn't even say sorry for the hassel and lack of wanting to help.

Awful Service! Scheduled a floor install and they lost the product , never reordered it. I had to call several different avenues just to get 1 box that it was short reordered. They didn't bother to do it for me. So needless to day this took 1 month longer than scheduled. Now I am waiting for it to be installed. NEVER again use home depot....I'll stick with LOWES for sure!! At least Lowes has excellent customer service and they don't drop the ball!

As of today I cancelled my order! They messed up the order a total of 3 times!!! Im on my way to LOWES!!! At least I know I'll get it done now as I used Lowes for other things! They communicate better!

These guys are terrible with installations! I went in and ordered a garage opener installation. Not only did they forget to add the installation into my order, but they told me it was included in my initial purchase and I didn't find out until I never got a call for the installation date setup. Even after I paid for the installation, I still didn't get a call. When I called them multiple times to fix this, they either hung up on me without warning or if someone did pick up they kept saying that someone would call me. I ended up having to go to a different Home Depot and come to find out they gave the installation guys the wrong #! How do you mix up 720 for 702 when I clearly told them 720?! I am very annoyed with their customer service and I will never be going to this Home Depot EVER!

Horrible. We ordered shutters through them using who they recommended (Norman Window fashions) they "lost" our order and it was delayed over 6 weeks. We also ordered a vertical blind for our back door it came with missing pieces and after 1 month they finally came. I have contacted Home Depot multiple times about having the installer come back out to install the missing pieces no one returns my calls. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend this location ever.

RK Service has been maintaining our HVAC at work for some time now. They are professional, and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend!!

They charged us $427 to replace a P-Trap. If you want to be overcharged, go to this company.
When we asked them to justify the charge, they told us they'd get back to us, but never did.

Requested service several times and no replies, calling was just me getting transfered 4 times then getting hung up on.
1000's of other plumbers out there who actually reply when you call.

Billed incorrectly, so we ended up overpaying. I've reached out multiple times to get a refund and they don't respond. Will be getting our legal department involved.

🚨 WARNING: UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! 🚨

I was charged a total of $3,220 in service fees for three units, all of which were paid in full. After noticing our heat wasn't working, I had them come out again three days later. Their explanation? They “forgot to change the fuses.” And yet, they charged an additional $600 in labor for what should’ve been a simple fix. Anyone who knows anything about fuses knows this is nothing but an outright scam.

Be extremely cautious if you’re considering this company. They’re unprofessional, deceptive, and untrustworthy. The technicians reek of cigarettes, don’t notify you when they arrive, and I’ve even got video footage of one of their techs aimlessly walking around my building and then sitting in his truck for hours. Do NOT trust them! This is a blatant scam operation.

We will be contacting the better business bureau. Seems like the owners don’t respond to anyone on here. It stops now

Buyer beware.

This company needs to check their drivers! Driving on the highway speeding and sped up intentionally so I didn’t get in his lane almost hits me with my child in the car and proceeds to flip me off and speed up and sped over two lanes so I couldn’t get the license plate and I called the company and they did nothing. We have enough recklessness on the streets and for company’s to also be reckless do they deserve to be in business?? Had he wicked into me It would be on this company and if they are ok with that then so be it!!

Hired these guys to remodel our master bathroom due to mold, they did a great job at the end we ended up extending it and made it a his and hers I highly recommend them any remodeling work. Kitchen is next !!!!!

Everyone on the team did an outstanding job! We had a huge project including kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. Everything was done professionally, beautifully, and correct. I cannot recommend a better team to do any project you may need no matter how big or small!

Mark and Ruben and their team at Emuna were outstanding and really HONEST. I can't stress how important that is when working with a whole home remodel. The price they quoted us is what they charged us. They didn't pile on change orders and squeeze us - they stayed true to their word!

Our house was a dilapidated 1950's ranch house and the transformation they did was jaw dropping.

They went above and beyond. They can handle the ENTIRE scope of any project including exterior concrete, to roofline adjustments, full kitchen, bathroom and basement transformations, you name it. They even put in beautiful finishing touches. I can't say enough good things about them! They really helped us create a dream home for my mom and we couldn't be more thankful.

Mark save my project and sanity, My mistake was. I did not hire him in the beginning. I went with someone else, That cost me a lot of time and money and court fees.
I was doing a large edition to the back of the house and Mark How to fix EVERYTHING the previous contractor did. Mark was really on top of the guys to make sure everything was done right.
He also helped redesign plans to make the house feel livable cozy and functional.

I will recommend mark to everybody from the smallest project to the largest.
