Radon Mitigation of the Rockies installed a fan for our radon system. The builder had installed the pipe too close to a wall so the fan could not be installed without modifications. They made the modifications and were able to complete the installation. These guys really know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

We have worked with John and his team on a few projects and they have proven to be knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. I'm looking forward to working with them on upcoming projects as well.

We haven’t done our post mitigation test yet so it might be premature to write a review of outcome. They were here this morning and finished in about three hours. All appears well so far-they chose a good place to put the system. They were knowledgeable and friendly. A little post construction dust and footprints to clean up afterwards, but not bad considering they put a hole in the house slab as part of the mitigation.

They showed up on time and installed a fan (blower) and manometer (our builder installed the piping) for a reasonable cost. I recommend them if you need radon mitigation.

They were so efficient and fair prices. The team did a great job finding a way to install our mitigation in a way we were happy with.

I reached out to RMR to get a quote on a radon test and what a mitigation system would cost, they were extremely fair with pricing and very straightforward/transparent. I own a couple of other rental properties and will definitely be using them again in the future for any mitigation systems!

Very rarely do I get a company that I can give a five star to. Radon mitigation of the Rockies Is a locally independent owned company which I value instead of using a corporate nationwide. These guys gave me prompt return calls, updates, And ease of install. Selling my house, which required me to put a mitigation system in. RMR did a great job working with me and understanding that in the mountains a radon mitigation system may not reduce all of the radon. They installed it as aesthetically as possible. They also did not charge me extra to come out to the Clear;Creek County area which many Companies do. I’m only 40 minutes from downtown Denver. They cleaned up everything so there was nothing left for me to do and walk me through the basics.
They provided me a good price excellent service and a good product which is something that you never get it. It’s always two out of the three.

Radon mitigation of the Rockies are very reponsive in guiding me what is best way to go by it. The best options for me were done as they came over to get the system checked . They are very great to consider even if you’re new with your radon system. I will recommend them to anyone and I would definitely reach out to them when something comes up. Price wise too, they are great!

We tested high for radon with two home kits and called RMR for an estimate, and the quote was very reasonable. To keep your family safe, it's worth the money even at a higher price. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and put together a quality system from foundation to second story roof. Very professional. Took only 5 hours. Definitely recommend.

Very dissatisfied with my experience with this contractor. Reached out for a quote was asked a few questions and then provided one which was responsible and accepted. Team shows up on site and tells me it's going to cost double the quoted amount. This is known as a bate and switch and generally frowned upon in a professional business. Sales team needs better training.

RMR does great work. I especially like the fact that they do the electrical work whereas some of their competitors don't. I had one of their fans start making noise after 4 years and they immediately replaced it. Now it's quiet as can be! Thank you, RMR

I'm very impressed with this company! I did two different tests of the radon level in my mother's home- both came back at over 6 pCi/L. I contacted John at Radon Mitigation of the Rockies Aurora and within a week they installed a mitigation system. Their price was competitive. Today I received the results of the 48-hour independent test we ran after the system was installed: "<1.0 pCi/L." I couldn't be happier.

Great Service and quick. Being a Senior of 69 and a veteran working on a fixed budget, I do work full time for $15.00 per hour, and it still takes 10 of my work my hours for 20 minutes of their time. Not complaining, just wish I made their money.

Great job by the crew. Had to do a double vent system on the front wall they made it look as good as possible but it was the only option we had. I highly recommend them
