Paragon Pro Construction did an outstanding job on my roof and window replacement after the hail storm. Paragon worked directly with my insurance company to handle all the paperwork and make sure my storm damage was fully covered. The process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They also inspected my entire home and found the window damage. The other guys just wanted to get on my roof and not even look at the whole house.

Their team was professional, on time, clean and kept me informed through every step. The new roof and windows look amazing and have made such a difference in both appearance and energy efficiency.

Paragon Pro Construction has helped us with a number of home improvement projects at our home. They finished out the basement and replaced flooring for us in other rooms too. Overall the experience was great. There was alot of communication and we always knew what the next step was going to be. There also were not any upcharges or change orders to our projects. The price was what they said it was at the begining. We did get another bid that was less but we had a feeling that price was only a starting point. Glad we went with Paragon and would highly recommend them.

We had Paragon Pro Construction replace some of our windows in our home and finish our basement. They did an amazing job on both projects. The windows took about a month to arrive which is what we were told and then a day to install. The installers were very thorough. The basement took about 8 weeks from start to finish. The permits slowed us down, but all of this was communicated during the whole process. Would highly recommend!!!

We hired Division One Construction and Elevations Basements to complete our basement remodel in Stapleton. It was just over 900 SF finished and included a full bedroom, playrooom with built-in cabinets (that included additional egress window), family room, bathroom, card room with dry bar and large storage area.

They completed the work ontime, on budget and minimized the inconvenience. I am a general contractor myself and quite detail oriented, but I was exceptionally please with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service provided throughout the entire process.

I would strongly recommend Division One to other families considering a similar project.

We hired Division One to build an addition on our 1925 Bungalow. Kirk is honest and dependable. He runs his business with a lot of integrity, and his team did a great job on our addition.

D1 uses skilled subs to do their work and they facilitate a good product. However their business management is terrible. They have massive cash flow issues that significantly effected our satisfaction with the project. We have done similar projects subsequently and didn’t even get a bid from them. Not worth the stress. Subs often don’t get paid and are grumpy about it which is never great and work was slowed because of their inability to purchase supplies due to tight cash flow.

We hired Division One to help us put in a second bathroom in our home. Kirk and his contractors were prompt, professional, and really took the time to come up with the solutions that best fit our needs. Our home was built in the 1890s so it comes with some quirks but the they understand the challenges and joys that come with working on older homes! We'll be using Division One again in the future!

Kirk and his team are solid builders. D1 Construction built a 3 car garage for us that is the envy of the neighborhood and did such a great job that we invited them back to renovate the entire first floor of our home. We added a new powder bath, back porch, 2 new staircases, fireplace, new doors and windows, skylights and an entirely new kitchen WHILE living in the home. They were respectful of our environment (even looking after the dog during the day) and were able to schedule work around us. D1 Construction focuses on results with attention to detail and a care for the homeowner that is second to none. I highly recommend Kirk, Jason Shaw and the rest of the D1 Construction team, they will give you a beautiful renovation.

Kirk Cochran and his team at Division One remodeled my kitchen. I then selected them to remodel my basement as well. My experiences on both projects were outstanding and the results are beautiful. First, I felt like they were true partners, listening to my ideas, helping to solve problems, paying attention to the timeline and meeting budget. Most of all, I appreciated the creativity that Kirk, Will and all of the workers brought to my projects. They have a great aesthetic sense, honor the design of the house and bring useful suggestions to the process. My kitchen project was selected to be on a home tour after it was finished. I tell all of my friends about Division One if they are looking for a contractor. Finally, and this is important, they kept my house impeccably clean during construction. That made all the difference. I couldn't be more positive about the work done by Division One.

We interviewed/solicited bids from six different contractors for construction of a custom home. After careful analysis and comparison of all bids, we selected Division One even though they were not the low bidder. Kirk's reputation , responsiveness, straight forward answers to our questions, willingness to accommodate any last minute changes and flexibility with choosing suppliers made our selection of Division One a "no brainer" choice. The house was timely completed and on budget. On a regular basis during construction, Kirk provided itemized bills and summary worksheets showing costs incurred to date, balance of work due and funds available. Their subs did outstanding work at all stages of construction. Subsequently, we had numerous compliments on the quality of workmanship. Kirk and the on site supervisor were readily available to address questions/concerns during the entire project. We recommend Division One without hesitation. They are a 5 star contractor. The county inspector made mention that they did a really good job, so we couldn’t be more pleased with how it went.

I really hate to be leaving this review as we got off to such a great start with our project initially and the timeline seemed to be promising. The long and short of it is that this company is not communicative nor are they responsive. After months of trying to get an estimated start date for what remained of our master bathroom remodel and while giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ended up hiring a new contractor. Calls and texts would go unanswered for weeks at a time if at all and it became obvious that this was a dead end. We waited very patiently on account of all that is happening in the world as many businesses are behind for many reasons. However, a little communication would have gone a long way.

Went to buy laminate flooring today. As we were loading the boxes I asked an employee what all we needed to install it. He showed me a kit, then I asked about what we needed to put under the laminate at this point I could tell he didn't really want to help us. He didn't offer to load or help load the 25 boxes on to the cart he just walked away. Next we went to the power tool section and even though several employees walked by us not one asked if we needed help. We decide to go pay for what we had, after we paid I asked if someone could help us load the boxes into our truck and the lady said yes someone would be out and to bring the truck up to the door. Needless to say no one came out to help us. An employee even walked by us as we were loading the truck and didn't offer to help or to go get someone to help us. Poor customer service doesn't even apply to this store....no customer service is more like it.
