This is the third time I have attempted to book an appointment to come out and measure for new carpet and tile. The first time no one answered the phone. The second time they said you will need to come into the store, but no one is here to help you now. Today I went into the store and while the flooring staff was there , their system was down and so once again they were unable to book the appointment . They said nonchalantly, " try back into two or three days. " It's as though they really don't want to sell anything at this store .

Awful experience. Had a screen door installed a year ago. The door didn't shut properly and close all the way, maybe a MONTH after they installed it. And they said it was my fault it didn't close all the way. Isn't that why we hire to get things installed? So the wind picked up and took it and bent the shock backward and damaged the door when WE WEREN'T HOME because it didn't close properly!!!!! If it closed the way it should have, it wouldn't have happened. Hasn't closed properly at all since and has been nothing but issues for me since. But it's my problem now because they say it is my fault. Whatever. Home Depot won't stand behind their installations and won't even offer a warranty to fix their own mistakes even it they do sub out their work.... horrible.

They were way better than our expectations. Nice crew. Excellent installation and ou radon levels are way down so far. The only negative is that they left a mess (minor) that I was happy to clean up. Hire them!!

We had a standard mitigation system installed by Radon mitigation of the Rockies.
Every step from booking an appointment to the installation and follow up went great. All the questions were answered, the installers were efficient and knowledgeable. The system works great, the level dropped from 5.8 to 0.8 within a week of the installation. Thank you!

I called Radon Mitigation of the Rockies and techs came out the next day to install our radon mitigation system. Estimate was thorough and received within 30 minutes after my inquiry. Both of our installers were professional and installation was completed within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company. It was a small price to pay to decrease our risk of getting lung cancer due to radon.

Radon Mitigation of the Rockies was so quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. The technician arrived when expected, and took about 4 hours to complete the walk through and installation. Our radon levels have dropped to BELOW 1.0, which is fantastic! We had been experiencing radon levels near 20.0 prior to the installation of the mitigation equipment. And, we can't even hear the motor running from inside the house!

A couple weeks after installation, I posted a favorable review. Everything seemed to be functioning properly. However, 3 month in, and our radon mitigation system started vibrating against the house like a jack hammer. The company would not even come look at it without us agreeing to pay them more. I guess $1,400 only gets you a working system for 3 months time. So disappointed. One things I can say is the company did give us the fan manufacturer contact, and we contacted them and fixed the fan ourselves. Hope fully it lasts more than 3 months this time. I don’t know, maybe this was a fluke that we got a fan that didn’t last. But I was not happy with how RMR handled the problem.

John and his team were great! They took time to explain in detail every step and action taken. They worked on my home as if it were their own and were considerate of my needs and my families needs while considering my time, schedule and keeping it all cost efficient. I highly recommend their services!

John the owner picked up the phone at 4:55 PM on a Friday afternoon. He asked me a few questions and gave me a quote over the phone.
