If I could change one aspect of this experience, it would be having a better understanding of the radon mitigation system being installed. With more knowledge up front, I would have asked whether it was possible to include a noise-reducing feature. Homes today aren’t built with the same quality as before; the walls are paper-thin, and sound travels easily throughout the house. Because I have an open-concept kitchen and living area, the system’s placement on the side of the home makes the noise very noticeable. Unfortunately, there really wasn’t another location where it could have been installed without being heard. The constant hum, like a rushing stream, running through the downstairs, is hard to ignore. I understand this system was absolutely necessary for safety, and perhaps this is something I’ll simply have to live with. Still, if I had known more beforehand, I would have explored options to minimize the noise. We have noticed a significant difference in how crisp the air feels in our home. Thank you.

Just bought my house and needed a Radon mitigation system installed as it did not have one previously. The guys arrived in a timely manner, went over best routing options with me and what any additional changes would cost. Work was completed in a very quick time frame. Only complaint was the slight bit of work debris that was left behind and a screw left on the floor which I'm glad I saw before anyone else stepped on it. A shop vac for after installation clean up would be helpful but all in all great job.

John was great at communicating through the whole process. From helping identify the problem virtually and scheduling a time to perform the work he was always responsive. Bret (field technician) came out and explained what he was going to do before the work was performed and kept the area clean after. I highly recommend RMR!

Brett & Danny were courteous and friendly, completing their second round of mitigation to address high radon in my home’s basement. Follow up testing is warranted but hopefully their efforts were effective so I can begin using my basement gym in a week or two.

Danny and Brett did an excellent job with our radon mitigation system installation. They were friendly and professional and got the job done within 2 hours. John also had great communication and kept us updated every step of the way. Pricing was fair and transparent. We’ve already seen a reduction in our basement’s Radon levels after just a couple of days. The team will be back next week to install the vapor barrier in the crawl space.

For everyone that has ever not known who to call when they need help with a plumbing issue, a furnace issue or a Radon issue. Today was my day to pick a radon technician company. Great job, overall. The quoting link is very helpful since I'm the kind of person who prefers info sent via online in addition to calls. I was concern about addition cost for rerouting the system. However, even though we need to rerouted, the cost still the same as the quote. The job was done neatly, my parents even mentioned that they didn't remember it not being there in the first place. Everything is done in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

Klint is INCREDIBLE!! I arranged for him to come to my condo and fix the water handle in my shower. While he was here, he smelled gas. He took the extra time to check where it was coming from and fix it. He knows how to do so many things and he’s committed to doing them well. I plan to have him come back to redo my kitchen floor.
