I highly recommend Shaun at cherry Bomb Property. He has refreshed our landscaping and painted for us. I never hesitate to recommend him to someone. The work is always well done and timely. The work place is always left neatly at the end of the day.

This is the second year we’ve worked with Shaun. Last year he did a big project for us, building steps into what had become an extremely eroded and gravelly flagstone path from our front yard down to the back. His solution was creative, attractive and cost-effective, and he took extra steps to ensure erosion would not occur again. He also replaced old metal edging between our lawn and gardens in the backyard. He worked very neatly, removing all job related debris once he finished. Shaun also maintains our lawn, mowing regularly, trimming bushes, fertilizing and re-seeding when needed to keep things looking good. He stands behind all his work, and is very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have.

I cannot say enough good things! Shaun is truly the best. He is very skilled, talented and knowledgeable. 10/10 - will be booking again!

We’ve used AASL for several years on a variety of projects, and their work has consistently exceeded expectations. They’ve completed our flagstone patio, flagstone walkway, plant installations, concrete driveway, and multi‑zone sprinkler system. Everything still looks great and has held up beautifully over time. I used All American Spr & Lands Inc for my patios, sidewalks, plants and 8 zone sprinkler system. Also fence installed with stain. It was a very good job. My wife and I love it.

We were looking to upgrade our old chain link fence to a new taller cedar one for both privacy and for our dog.
