I had reached out to this company for a window installation as im remodeling my house and they were super fast and professional not to mention really affordable . I had Will check out a weird smell coming from my upstairs shower drain and was able to fix it . 10/10 would recommend ! They are great

He came right away check out the dishwasher. Saw the problem and immediately went to get the part to fix it. He even looked at my chimney to make sure we could use it safely. I’m truly grateful.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Will Meiss the contractor lied to my wife and me more than once. I fired him after he spent three parts of a day working. The final blow came when I heard of an alleged criminal charge. Unfortunately I prepaid for his service (my bad). We came to a repayment agreement to be completed by May 23. He still owes me money after multiple promises that he would pay me when his next job was complete. Ms. Joelle McNeil Business Manager and "agent of record" has been unable to help.

Really bad experience. Did not honor original quote, kept making excuses for not showing up, promised guarantee of workmanship but when the work did not perform as Will promised/intended, I tried to get him to come back to fix what he did, but he never showed up after promising he would multiple times. Overall completely unprofessional and one of the worst contracting experiences I've ever had.

I had a gas leak and he came out and got my HVAC and water heater fixed up better than ever just in time for the big snow storm. He was very polite and dedicated.

Great guy! So friendly and Came out within an hour of the call, made sure to thoroughly look over everything and take pictures. Had a later issue in the day, he quickly responded within minutes helping me solve my plumbing issue. Will be using them in the future for sure!

Will was great! We had 2 other handymen come look at a plumbing leak in our ceiling and they could not find it. Not only did Will find our leak, he found 2 other leaks and fixed all 3 within a couple of hours. Great guy all around!

I had the worst experience with Will. He is a complete fraud and lied to me on multiple levels. He showed up and forgot the appropriate tools needed to handle the jobs I hired him for and had to borrow my tools. I hired him to install a dimmer light switch and he shorted out three other light switches in the process that were connected and never told me and rushed out of my house saying he had to go to another job. I discovered the shorted out switches later that day on my own after he left. He was completely unresponsive when I reached out multiple times to get him to fix the mistakes. He told me he had 40 years of experience as an electrician. I hired a real electrician to fix his mistakes and they stated that his work was the worst wiring they had ever seen. There was a loose live wire with no cap as well as no caps on the wires hooked into the switch. It was a serious health hazard that could have caused anyone in my household to get shocked. His mistakes cost me over $1000 to diagnose and repair.
