I wish all services could be like this. In less than an hour than paying the super affordable fee, Kevin had picked up the fridge without any hassle whatsoever! All I had to do was leave it outside and let him do his thing. If you have an appliance to get rid of, I can't recommend highly enough!!!

Glad I shopped around before paying! The low transparent fees and ease of scheduling was awesome. I had a water heater and expansion tank to remove and within 30 minutes of scheduling online a woman called and said it would be gone in 20 minutes.

Wow! Kevin is awesome! Fast and reliable! Put in my quote and he came and picked up the items, same day! On a Sunday holiday even which wasn't expected or needed, we definitely could have waited. I will be recommending this company to others, great service.

Jacob did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding a broken cabinet in my kitchen. The cabinet was in pretty rough shape, but he took the time to carefully restore it and make sure everything was sturdy and functioning properly again. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the finished result looked great. I’m very happy with the repair and would absolutely recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled handyman.

Jacob was very responsive and reasonably priced. He voluntarily worked through some issues and was committed to finishing the job. I plan on using him again in the near future.

IGA has came out four or five times now for different projects and they will always get the first call. They helped install gorgeous can lights, installed a new dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Super knowledgeable and super helpful with everything.

We went with I.G.A Handyman Services for our remodeling work.

After they got the initial deposit, the business owner started showing up randomly to the work and that too only a few hours at a time. He started following the usual contractor scamming tricks. Not answering phone calls, not replying emails, start picking up other projects and came up with various excuses for not showing up - car tire issues, car transmission issues, injury, sickness, cancer, rental issues, personal issues, doctor/hospital visit, not getting enough sleep, etc..(literally no shortages of excuses).

We got another licensed contractor later to inspect their work. Based on the assessment, the minimal work whatever they did was so bad where there were no proper alignments, poor quality materials used, etc..

I would NEVER RECOMMEND I.G.A Handyman Services for any big projects.

Moreover this is the business owner's 3rd business in 4 years (big red flag). Unfortunately we came to know all this info very late.

Jacob remodeled my mothers bathroom, did flooring in her kitchen as well as tore down and built a new backyard patio. He did an amazing jobs was on time excellent communication and was respectful of our home. I will definitely call him back again for future work.

Jacob and John were the best. So efficient and helpful. They have the upmost professionalism and are so friendly. Would trust them for any home projects.

I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism shown. We scheduled not one, but two appointments, and on both occasions, he failed to show up without any prior notice.

After the first no-show on 05/30, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He apologized, and we rescheduled for 06/04. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again—no show, no communication until days later on 06/09, when he said the appointment didn’t save and he didn’t even remember the date we had scheduled.

While I do appreciate the apology, reliability and respect for clients’ time are essential. This experience fell far short of that, and it's deeply disappointing.

Highly recommend! Jacob did an amazing job on our full basement remodel and the pricing great! Our basement came out beautiful. Will be using this company again on our future house projects!
