* Thursday July 18th: Scheduled full-house interior/exterior window cleaning + dryer vent cleaning for Monday August 5 (2 1/2 weeks out)
* Monday August 5th: Got text message "Yesterday my truck over heated...mechanic ran into some problems...could we switch your window cleaning?". Rescheduled for Saturday August 10th.
* Saturday August 10th: No one showed up. No response to 4 phone calls and 1 text message.
An astonishing lack of care for someone in a very competitive business.

I do not usually post reviews but if my recent experience can you help you avoid what I went through then I hope this helps. They are not BBB accredited and there is a reason. They arrived late and then said since there were clouds we could just give them gas money and they would come back later. We said no, we need the windows cleaned and we were fine with it. They then opened all the blinds and took all the screens out and moved around furniture to clean the inside of the windows. They broke the panes in the garage windows as well. It then started to sprinkle so they quit and said they could not (more like would not) finish and would come back the last day. They left and left the house a disaster with the blinds open, furniture moved, no screens and multiple drips across the floor and on windows. My husband went home early the next day to meet then and they did not show. When we called they said they would not be coming back that day and could not Make it back before the end of the week. This is where I ended it and told them to not come back. Best wishes if you choose to hire this company.

I have used Marino’s Cleaning Service for my windows for many years! Alex and his Dad do an excellent job! Windows are cleaned inside and outside, screens are cleaned and the window seals are vacuumed as well! Alex and his Dad are very professional and follow health guidelines! Reasonable

Rami and two other very friendly men showed up on time and were very professional, efficient, clean and fast while they worked. They cleaned my window tracks first, with a vacuum and then wiped them clean with a damp cloth which was a very pleasant surprise since no other window cleaning service had done that before. They also took the screens and washed them thoroughly outside and then replaced them after they dried. Other services just wiped them down while they were still in the window. I will definitely be to using Marino Cleaning Services from now on.

Marino cleaning services were amazing to work with. They took the time to clean the windows (I see and out) and sill in the windows. My home looks much brighter! They showed up on time and texted when they would arrive. I would highly recommend and use them yearly going forward.

I hired Marino cleaning services to clean my vents and windows. Overall they did a decent job but it had rained the day after my cleaning and there were a few misses (several screens were not cleaned, there were several window sills that were completely missed and several of the windows were very streaky). I followed up with Rami and asked that he come back to fix the issues and honor the rain guarantee. He said no problem and to follow up via text if I didn’t hear back from him. One phone call and three texts later have gone unanswered and I have given up on hearing back from him again.

I have a lot of windows and Marino cleaned the screens, windows and the track very well and were very quick! They are polite and very respectful while they are working. I would highly recommend Marinos services.

I booked Marino Window Cleaning for a home owner of a house we were listing for sale. Alex was super responsive and got me scheduled right away. Text confirmation and contact was great. The home owner even sent me a message after the job commending them on how much he enjoyed having them work on his home. I'll definitely book them again.

This team did an excellent job cleaning our very dirty windows and screens. Having clean windows has made our house more delightful to live in! Instead of looking at smudges, we can enjoy clear views of trees and sky. It’s worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Alex & his dad were very friendly, polite and professional. Our ducts had not been cleaned for 16 years and we just finished a large renovation that created a lot of fine dust. They did a spectacular job on cleaning them! They also did a fantastic job of protecting all of our newly finished hardwood floors and baseboards.
Our windows and screens also accumulated a tremendous amount of dirt and dust from the renovation and they are now spotless!

Kind and thoughtful window cleaners. I would totally have the Marino’s come and wash windows for us again

I hired Marino Cleaning Service to clean windows at a two story commercial building. He walked off the job on the day of the service and did not call me. He did not do the job and said his one employee fell off a ladder. He said he could not return. Prior to the service the owner said he would go see the buildings and provide a price. He drove by without getting out of his truck (he admitted this to me on the day of the job). He wanted to double the price because the windows were dirty from construction which he would have known if he properly bid the job. He is unprofessional. I do not recommend hiring this company.
