Richard did a great job cleaning our carpets at a very reasonable price. The best part was that the carpets were dry in two hours without any residue or smell of harsh chemicals. I would definitely recommend Denver Cleanpro to my family and friends for their carpet cleaning needs.

I have been a homeowner for over 15 years and Denver Cleanpro is probably the best contractor/home service I have ever encountered. They are responsive and on time and the carpet cleaning itself is very high quality. The solution they use is non toxic and has a very mild pleasant scent. It is very low moisture so the dry time is unbelievably fast. It is also affordable! I would recommend Denver Cleanpro to anyone who would like to freshen up their wall to wall and/or area carpets!

Richard is the best! My dog has been sick and having many accidents so I found clean pro on google and was seriously so impressed by the way my carpets looked after. You can tell he is so passionate, and knowledgeable about what he does. I will definitely be making him my new go to carpet cleaner. I like how he is always the one to come because you know what you are going to get, and he has such integrity in his work. I rarely post reviews, but I just felt he deserved it.

We have used Richard at Denver Cleanpro to clean our carpets for 4 years now. He comes about twice a year, and each time he makes our carpets look brand new again. When Richard cleans our carpets they come out looking like the day they were installed and his system keeps them looking great way longer then a traditional carpeting steamer did. I’ve hired Denver CleanPro to carpet-clean my primary residence AND my investment properties. I use them because they are the best. I’ve used others before and there’s no comparison. Other carpet cleaners leave the carpets wet, take a minimum of 24 hours to dry (not walkable), & stains come BACK within days. With Denver CleanPro, my carpets become incredibly clean, they are slightly damp when done but not wet (walkable with socks!), only takes 2-3 hours to completely dry, and stains DON’T come back!! They are also reasonably priced! I won’t ever use anyone else again - they have a customer for life. Highly recommend!!

Richard recently finished cleaning the carpets in our home. Our goal was to get everything cleaned up so that we’d be prepared to move. Our carpets have been completely rejuvenated and our entire home smells incredible! Everything is so clean, plush, and beautiful. I must say, in the handful of times I’ve had my carpets cleaned, this was the best experience. I’ve used a big name brand before as well as a Groupon. I get the pricing was ridiculous or so cheap that I didn’t get much.

Richard’s pricing and service were impeccable. My front door wasn’t left open for my dogs to escape since he doesn’t need to run long cords of water and power from a truck. He was very professional at all times.

The best part is I didn’t have to wait forever for the carpet to dry and dealing with wet socks like previous experiences. The carpets and couch look great.

Amazing Service! Richard came out to clean our upstairs and stairs, we have an older dog that has been having accidents unfortunately. He was able to deodorize and get the carpet to a great condition again! Gave me multiple options on what he could do based on budget and let me tell you, he is so friendly! A lot of times, your house is a bit chaotic and when people come to do a service, you feel awkward and like you can't do what you need to. Richard came in with laughs and a great attitude, he understood that the house was still running around him and although we tried to stay out of his way, had to skip in the way from time to time. Richard was never upset and constantly made me feel at ease with him in the home.
Do yourself a favor and hire him, you won't regret it! And you'll feel SO much better knowing the carpets are in much better condition.

Richard does Such fantastic work! We have three dogs and four cats. He came in and cleaned all the carpet upstairs and it looked and felt brand new. He also didn’t drag a whole bunch of stuff through our house! He didn’t have to hook up to our faucets or leave outside doors open. Everything was self-contained. I will definitely be calling him for regular cleanings!

Brian did an incredible job cleaning our windows. I’m recovering from a surgery and I asked him to replace a lightbulb in a high area of our home totally expecting to pay him extra for the work. He replaced the bulb and didn’t don’t want additional money. Great man with great work who is kind and honest. I highly recommend his business.
