Vlad arrived on time ,was very professional in answering my questions and he had shoe covers with him due to ,I don't allow people walking on my carpet. He took his time cleaning my furniture & I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I definitely will be a returning customer.

I had my couch cleaned today by Rocky Clean, Dima was the person who came to my home for the service. While my couch is a bit cleaner than before, I did not have a good experience with my service. Starting with him trying to upsell me for the “quick dry” which was already included in my service, I told him this and he said “no, that is an extra charge” and I said “I can show you the messages that show it has been included in my service.” He then proceeded to tell me that because he didn’t know what type of fabric my couch was, he couldn’t guarantee that it would get clean, I told him that when I take the cushion covers off and put them in the washer machine they get very clean so I don’t know why he would have any issues, and then he said “well then why dont you do that? Why are you having me clean it?” Well it’s a huge pain to take all of the stuffing out and then re-stuff them, thats why I am paying you for this service. He said it probably needs a deep cleaning and he would need to upcharge me for that as well. I said that if he would be charging more than quoted he could leave and I would call another company (Stanley Steemer) who also has seen the couch and given me a quote that is cheaper anyways. This couch was not filthy, it got dirty from me moving it in a Uhaul without covering it. He was acting like there was mud ground into it or something. His attitude was a major turn off. He proceeded to complain about the service the entire time he was in my home, which made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked me if I wanted both sides of the cushions cleaned and I said “isn’t that included in the service?” And he proceeded to let out a big sigh. The messages I have from the quote say that all couch parts are included, yet multiple sections of my couch were left completely untouched (the underside of 2/3 cushions was not cleaned and the arm rest side of the couch the faces the wall as well). I took video of the couch immediately after he walked out of my home showing which sections of the couch were wet vs dry/untouched. I also had to remind him that my service included the stain protector and essential oil treatment, he was almost done packing his gear away when I asked him about these things and he did a few sprays of stain protector and essential oil on the couch. Because of the service I received today, I will never use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone else. I did not appreciate being treated this way in my own home by someone who I am paying for a service.

Vlad came to our home and was so respectful and kind, truly paying attention to detail and making sure he was getting every spot removed from our couch. He truly went above and beyond. My couch is like new. Mark was so quick and paid close attention to what my couch needed. My little black dog hangs out on my couch all day and while not stained, the off white couch had seen better days and smelled. It is almost white again, he trimmed the stray fuzz and it smells great!

Vlad did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about types of fabrics. My chairs are 45% linen and linen stains easily and can discolor with cleanings.. very informative and he explained why I was having trouble keeping my chairs clean. Would 100% recommend again!
