This is my second time using them and both times Chapple’s has done a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!! On time service, great communication. Fair and reasonable pricing too!!! (3 bedrooms, area rug, and carpeted stairs and landing)

They responded promptly to my scheduling request and maintained a friendly, professional demeanor throughout every interaction. The owner was a great pleasure to deal with, I'm very happy! Their cleaning services are thorough, effective, and very competitively priced. I will definitely continue to trust them for all my carpet, floor, and furniture cleaning needs. As a family-owned business, I give them a 10 out of 10 recommendation!

I truly believe James and his team deserve a 10 star rating. They exceeded every expectation I had. What stood out the most was James himself – not just his professionalism, but his genuine care. Ryan and Jake did a great job on our carpets. They got out a cat urine stain on an area rug, saving us from throwing it away. James is very responsive and prompt and orients his crew when they start. He texts when and which member of his crew will be arriving to your home. We’ve been using them for over 30 years. They are far superior to other big name companies.

I am very pleased with the results of the services provided by Chapple's Carpet Cleaning. James came the same day I called for an estimate and the crew to clean my carpets was there the next day. James and his crew spent extra time and care to work on pet stains and took their time to ensure deep cleaning was done for all carpeted areas. They all were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend their services.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Stuart was great! He was super friendly and extremely timely. My dryer was working horribly due to lots of lint build up and he got everything clean and in working condition again. He had a smile on his face the whole time even though my laundry room is the tiniest maze and I had no idea where the exit vent was. He figured everything out and did such a great job! I will definitely call him next time!
