It was high time to get our carpets steam cleaned...we have two young children and a dog who's had some accidents in the house over the years. I picked Chapple's because it's local and had good reviews. I had an amazing experience! They gave me a very fair quote based on the actual size of our space, communicated well, showed up right on time, and did a great job. I'll use them again without hesitation.

Chapple's Carpet Cleaning is great! The owner and the crew that came out were all very responsive, kind, and helpful. They did a great job - my carpets look great despite having two big dogs who are not easy on my floors. Their prices were very reasonable and the whole cleaning only took about an hour for multiple rooms on multiple floors. I'll definitely use them again.

James and his team did an excellent job of not only cleaning our carpets but also getting rid of the dog odor! They showed up when they said they would and charged a fair price. Best of all, our carpets look, feel, and smell like new. Definitely using them again when the time comes. Highest recommendation!

Such an amazing company that not only does incredible work but also has the best customer service! We will forever be customers. My carpets in the basement hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It’s also the kids play area. Not only does it look almost brand new but they also got out the ketchup stains, paint syrup and SLIME!!!

Jordan was the lead technician. They showed up and measured the exact square footage for our project. The room to be cleaned is to be used for our youth ministry. It has not been clean for many years. Colors popped that had not been there for many years. The room smelled clean and fresh and the carpets appearance look like new. I would highly recommend them and they might as well be known as the carpet Messiah because they resurrected it from the dead. Thanks again for 150% effort put into the job

Chapple's did a great job the first time they came out a week ago. However, I noticed an area where the stains were coming back where they cleaned previously, and reached out to them. They got me in right away to re-clean that area at no additional cost, and it looks much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs carpet care services. They have better rates than many other carpet cleaning companies. Thank you James for the quote and reservice appointment. The owner answered the phone promptly, set up an appointment for the same week. I was communicated with to let me know when cleaners were on their way, they showed up on time and were very personable. Did an awesome job on the carpet, looks and feels amazing!
