Derek/Aladdin Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended to us by our realtor. We were delighted by his hard work to clean our carpets before placing our home on the market. Bonus: He even left his carpet rake at our house for a few days so we could rerake the carpets right before the professional photographer arrived to take photos for our MLS listing!

Absolutely great to work with! This company installed a furnace and ac for us last fall. The compressor failed in our ac unit recently and is covered under warranty. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I first want to say how pleased I am with Derek and his service. I had an emergency cleaning that needed to be done due to my pets getting sick and having accidents in the house over the weekend and he was able to get me in the same day I called. I was really worried about the urine stains and smell, but he was able to get the stains and the smell out of the carpet. Second, I had gotten several different quotes, he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive but his work speaks for itself. I’m glad I chose Aladdin carpet cleaning and will definitely be using his services again.

Absolutely an amazing company and service. My aunt was in desperate need of of furnace repair. She had been without heat for weeks during some of the worst snow storms we’ve had this year. I reached out through a community page for help one evening and Derek responded. He came through in the biggest way imaginable. He sent a guy out the next day, they diagnosed the issue and installed a new furnace within 2 days of my original post. At a fair cost. I cannot tell you what a relief this was! Not only did these guys take initiative, make it a priority and respond quickly they did it in a compassionate profesional manner. We felt taken care of like family. I will never go anywhere else. I recently hired Derek and his team of installers to replace all of the carpeting in our house. I've been dreading this process for years simply because I'd have to move all of our furniture out of all of the rooms and knew it would make a mess in the process. Knowing this was an investment, I wanted to take my time to make sure I picked out the right color. Derek let me keep the swatches for a good week until I felt comfortable with my choice, and then told me to call him when I was ready to move forward. A few days before the install I asked him what I needed to do to get the house ready. He told me just to move the breakable items and remove the bedding, and that they would take care of the rest. I had my doubts and put the larger pieces of furniture on sliders. As promised, the installers did the rest. They even moved the furniture back to their original place. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and overall cleanliness. I don't think I've ever had a project go so smoothly. Derek, thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Aladdin Home Services always does top-notch work for us, and they are very punctual and communicative. Today we had them come out for carpet cleaning, and they were also able to stretch and repair multiple areas of our carpet where the builder (new build home) did a poor install. This will help with the longevity so we can get a few more years out of the carpet before needing replaced, saving us thousands.
