Had my system "cleaned" and was told by connecting a negative pressure machine to one of the vents it would suck all dirt/debris from throughout the house and other Vents... Needless to say I was skeptical.. all of my vents upstairs still had DIRT, debris, hair ties, and a few items complementary of children. The only vents manually vacuumed were the ones on the main level. Not to mention the SAME vent the machine was connected to still had the same debri in there from before it was connected.. AFTER it was turned off and disconnected. How does this powerful machine supposedly do so well if it cant even get the dirt it's in direct contact with!?! Waste of 300 bucks and time. I could've done it myself with the help of YouTube! Oh and let's not start on the supposed "inspections" that didn't happen

Apparently our vents have never been cleaned! We have been here 5 years and Isabel showed us photos with goldfish crackers and crayons in our vents! We don't have kids! So much dust, Isabel was great and professional with walking is through the cleaning!

Isabel and Tomas came and cleaned out the dryer vent and all of the air ducts. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Isabel walked me through everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I used this business a week ago, I trusted Shay when he told me he deep cleaned my vents and sprayed them to sanitized, deodorized and mold control. I had someone meet this company at my house since I was out of town, paid them as they stated the service was complete. When I get home I check the vents and they were still filthy, I contacted the company and send Shay photos and he did not respond to my messages and the company keeps saying " I am calling the technician and the manager and someone will call you" Its now been 4 days and no one will call me back and I have to pay someone else to complete the service so that I can have my system turned on. They stole my money and are a complete SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give zero starts if that was an option.

The air duct technicians were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They inspected all air ducts and vents prior to starting and they took before pictures. They were honest and recommended a deep cleaning rather than a maintenance cleaning, and then they took after pictures. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to Denver Air and spoke with Shai. Only a couple days later they were out at my house to complete the work. Scheduling was simple and they were on time. The technicians who completed the work were friendly, and talked with me about my options and even made recommendations on what I needed and didn’t need. They did an excellent job and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

These guys were so awesome! They were out to clean the air ducts in my rental property. The tenets smoked in the house for 4 years and the cleaning they did helped tremendously with the smell. They communicated with me through the whole process. Worked quickly and efficiently. Shay even helped repair the duct system in areas for me. I will definitely use these guys in the future!

I am honestly shocked at the good reviews for this company.

I asked for a Dryer vent cleaning + HVAC cleaning.
This is what was agreed to:
"According to your house the price will be $268 for 1 AC unit house ( regular price $399) for Complete package :
1)Using Negative Pressure Machine.
2)Unlimited supply vents cleaning.
3)Inspection of intake vents.
4)Inspection OF Coil And Blower Motor.
5)Dryer Vent Cleaning
The total will be $268 for Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning."

Upon the tech's arrival, he told me it would be an additional $75/intake vents (stupidly, I accepted & paid)

After the appointment it occurred to me that the Coil & Blower motor was never inspected as it was in my basement and the tech never went down there. Additionally, the dryer vent cleaning only included a shop vac from the inside of the house- which I easily could've done myself. They did not get on the roof to clean the vent which is the only reason we wanted anyone to come in the first place.

I have tried reaching out to them and can't get a response and feel like it was a gigantic scam and I'm not sure what I paid for besides the tech to remove our intake vents and vacuum them a bit.

Our ducts hadn't been cleaned by the past three home owners and there was decades worth of filth built up in every vent. Ido was my technician and handled everything with extreme expertise, professionalism, and kindness. Our air was easier to breathe almost immediately and we are so thankful the work was so thorough! The before and after pictures were shocking. I strongly recommend working with Ido.

WOW! Just wow! I had called a bunch of other places before finding Denver Air, and have to say not only was the job done quickly and throughly but their customer service was amazing. I was walked through the services and different options for me. I thought I was going to need a lot of work done but they took care of me without taking advantage. Definitely recommend to everyone who needs their vents cleaned. I even got their UV Light installed which has made such a difference in the amount of dust accumulated in my house!! Thank you so much

Quick service! I put a request in for service and they were out the next day. The whole process only took about 20 minutes to get my dryer ducts cleaned. Shai was super nice letting me know what was going on and letting me know the best preventive maintenance for my home. Would definitely recommend and will use with our HVAC services as well!

Edit: Don't use this company! They came and did the service fine but I tried booking with a DIFFERENT company and that was also them. I don't know what type of scam they are trying to pull but stay away!

This is absolute bait and switch! I called for the special listed on the web-site for $49 or $99 with cleaning.. was assured that if it needed cleaning would be charged the $99. Was charged$300 for this service!.Then was added a $12.. service fee.. this was already a service! I had called and requested assistance and received no response. I have since contacted the better business bureau, the department of regulatory agencies, added feedback on the website(that was deleted), will also add google reviews for both the “chimney” company and the billed company Denver Air.( matching logo on invoice as well)

I had a great experience! They were very quick in responding to any questions I had and well educated in their field of work. Friendly and informative on the care of my ducts and vents. Very quick and efficient and were a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend their services! They are also affordable and their were no hidden fees. They also checked my dryer vents which was great because those can go overlooked and can cause damage to your home if not cleaned.
