I hadn’t had my dryer vent cleaned for years, but the technician came and made it look brand new. They were on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. The before and after pictures were night and day! We are so thankful for the hard work they put in, and we will definitely be recommending them to others in the future and coming back to them for future services.

Our dryer hadn't been cleaned in many years and Shay came and took on the job with no problems. He was very professional and polite. The job he did was great! He prevented a future fire to be sure because we had so much lint due to years of accumulation. We will very much use this company again and recommend them to anyone who asks for a referral.

Turns out there was a bird’s nest stuck in the vent. They stayed until it was completely cleared out, kept us informed of their progress, and were very friendly.

I was promised a vent cleaning for $129 and clarified it would cover all vents prior to then coming to the home. He rudely told me when he arrived that it would cost $780, out of nowhere. Proceeded to ruin my vent in the process of trying to show me. I will not do business with this type of “bait and switch”. Don’t fall for it if you haven’t cleaned your vent in the last 1-2 years, they’ll charge you a similar amount.

Hired there associated buisness "clean freshness" to clean the carpets of a recently passed relative. Not only did the "technician" not preform the duties he was hired for. But he also charged for additional services both not requested and not performed. On top of that he searched through every room, cubbord, dresser, closet, and personal belonging in the entire house. And stole tools.
Customer service is a joke and hangs up on you too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unless you feel like watching the "technician" like a hawk.

I was quoted a group rate price for dryer vent cleaning of $199 but then was told once the tech got there that it would be $399 because it required a "deep vent cleaning with rotary brush" not just the vacuum. It took 40 minutes to complete the job, and our dryer vent is about 10' long. The tech was very friendly and the vent was very clean afterwards (see before and after photos), but I'm not a fan of prices doubling on short notice and would appreciate more transparency in pricing before booking a service. Next time, I will shop around more or do it myself.

Poor service

My initial encounter involved a service call for my split heat pump situated in my sunroom and bedroom. The Mitsubishi compressor had stopped functioning during a severe snowstorm. The company that originally installed the unit had unfortunately gone out of business. Pedro, from Garcia Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning, promptly arrived and inspected the unit, discovering that a circuit board had malfunctioned. Remarkably, the unit was only half a year old at the time. Thankfully, the circuit board was under warranty, and Pedro swiftly installed a new one. After the impressive service provided by Garcia Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning, I decided to sign a service agreement to maintain my Trane heat pump, electronic air cleaner, humidifier, and the Mitsubishi compressor and split units. Levi, who has learned proficiently over the years, has serviced all this equipment, conducting regular spring and fall check-ups to ensure everything was operating to factory standards. It's worth noting that our Trane heat pump and furnace are already 14 years old. Initially, I chose this company because they were a Diamond Mitsubishi dealer and an American Standard/Trane dealer. However, I have continued with them over the years due to their expertise in keeping my equipment running smoothly. I can easily award them a perfect five-star rating for their consistent dependability and honesty.

levi and the crew were absolutely amazing! we had a gas leak and another company came out, charged us a lot for cutting into our walls but didn't fix the problem or call us back. levi's team showed up and found the issues right away. they stayed in touch with us until the gas was turned back on, which made us feel comfortable. i definitely give them five stars and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

we hired a plumber to help with replacing old pipes and installing new bathroom fixtures, and the whole process went really well. every plumber on the team was friendly and professional. we really appreciate all their hard work. we especially want to mention bryan, who did most of the plumbing for our job. it's clear bryan cares a lot about his work and it really shows. we highly recommend bryan for any plumbing projects.

Todd arrived right on time, carefully laying down tarps from the door to the stairs. I was concerned about the mess from cutting to install vents, but there was absolutely no mess at all! The place was left clean and spotless! We have pets, and Todd, Eduardo, and Bryan took extra care to ensure doors and attic spaces were handled cautiously, always keeping our furry friends in mind. We felt relaxed throughout the entire process! Huge thanks to everyone at Garcia Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning! It’s refreshing to work with a family business that values its customers! We are ready for the summer heat and humidity now that we have our new furnace!

our old water heater stopped working so we called a few local plumbers to get quotes. todd was able to come out the same day and his price was the best. not only were the rates affordable, but he also shared ways for us to save more money, like buying the water heater ourselves and arranging a free pickup for the old one. just about two hours after we called, we had a brand new water heater installed and working. the total cost was less than half of what other plumbers wanted for a flat rate install.

our kitchen sink got totally clogged and wouldn't drain, so we called for a plumber. eduardo showed up and got right to work. he used a drain snake not just from under the sink, but also tried from the garage side to really get things cleared up. he didn't give up and made a couple of attempts! when the regular snaking wasn’t enough because so much stuff had built up in the pipes, eduardo came back the next morning with jay and they brought a hydrojet. after using that, all the old gunk was washed out and the sink drains perfectly now. eduardo was really friendly, knew a lot about plumbing, and stuck with the job until it was done right. i only spoke with jay for a short time, but he was also helpful and shared some tips. overall, i'm very happy with how everything turned out.

The dig out crew deserves special recognition—they worked long days digging up and exposing the pipes for the plumbers, even in the extreme heat, staying late to get the job done. After the work was finished, they filled everything back in and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell there had ever been piles of dirt. The place looked even better than before. The plumbing is now working perfectly with no more problems at all. We highly recommend these plumbers. They were easy to work with, and the price was fair for the big job they handled. Jay from Garcia Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning recently put in a new frostproof hose bib for me and took out an old concrete laundry sink, replacing it with a single basin wall-mounted plastic one. Jay did an excellent job and really paid attention to the details. He arrived early and finished everything in about two hours, which was super fast, especially since those old concrete sinks are so heavy and awkward to move! I’ve also had plumbing work done by him before and it’s always been top-notch. I definitely recommend their plumbing services to anyone in Aurora.

Our plumber, Eduardo, arrived promptly and got started right away. He worked with some parts I provided, and even when a couple of them turned out to be faulty, it didn’t slow him down. I was able to give him a replacement for the tub faucet, and he brought a new toilet valve himself. Eduardo finished both jobs quickly, and everything worked perfectly with the good parts. He was respectful of our home, did excellent work, and was easy to talk to, even when there were small hiccups. I’m happy to give a five-star review.

We were very thankful for his hard work and determination. Pedro also handled all the plumbing for our new home in Aurora. He was professional, friendly, and highly skilled.
