Kam and Alex were high quality professionals. We were referred to them and they didn't disappoint. They were very responsive to our initial request (hot water heater), prompt to service our need without pushing more than required (in fact, the opposite). Great comms and updates. Did what they said they would do for the amount quoted. They explained what they were going to do, what they did do and answered any questions. Their prep and clean up were very respectful of us and our home. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs a service they provide.

Very pleased with their services. It only took them around 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong with my water heater and order the new part. A few hours after the part was delivered, they were back at my place to replace it. Great service at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend HVAC Army for your heating/cooling or plumbing needs. On November 2024 my furnace stopped working. I decided to call them based on excellent google reviews. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and got my heater running in no time so my family did not have to sleep through another chilly November night.
May 2025, water heater stopped working and after contacting several companies for a new installation, decided to go with HVAC Army again. There are many companies/individuals out there who could easily provide the same service, but Kam and Alex stand out because of their honesty, responsiveness, punctuality, and reasonable pricing for their outstanding service.

Kam and his crew at HVAC army are great. The house I moved into had a vent hood over the stove that was not vented to the outside. Drove us nuts. Kam was able to get in on short notice and help us out. He did a super clean install on a vent through the wall and left the job site nice and tidy. He was very punctual and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely be hiring him for all of my future HVAC needs. Super honest broker which is not easy to find these days.
