I worked with Casey and he was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, we quickly came to trust him. He was honest about cost and worked to make his bid competitive compared to the others we'd received. When he came to do the work, his knowledge was quickly evident. He was always consummately professional, cheerful, and we felt taken care of. It can be hard to find contractors you trust, but we'd work with Casey on any job!

Casey of Dad's Heat and AC was fantastic today. Scheduling was easy and the communication (automated and personal) around the appointment was excellent. Casey was at the house in the scheduled time window and was super friendly and pleasant from the get go.

Casey got right to work diagnosing the issue I had and found the problem in short order. We chatted while he worked and he was happy to explain what he was doing and checking. He found the problem, had the needed part, and got it installed and tested quick and efficient.

From previous experience with HVAC companies, I was braced for the hard sell on replacing the whole furnace and AC system but Casey was happy to fix the issue I was having today and then give me some hard data about how the system was performing and his assessment of the life left in the system. NO upsell pressure. I will be calling Casey again for any future problems and he will be getting my business when the system is ready for replacement.

I had a big name company provide an outrageous quote on refilling the refrigerant on my AC & furnace cleanup but Casey did everything for a fraction of the cost. Casey came by to replace my water heater that was likely on its last legs. Casey is a smart, standup guy who worked diligently to get the job done quickly and accurately. It’s been a few days and I have experienced zero issues with the new unit. I was very impressed by his level of service and quality of work, and will reach out to him with my future needs. Casey was great! I have 2 babies I was worried about being too cold. He was extremely fast and efficient. My house was at 59 degrees. Would highly recommend! Very upfront, honest, and didn’t overcharge for anything unnecessary.

I can see why everyone gives 5 stars. The reviews don’t lie, Casey and Gage were great, they did an amazing job installing my new furnace/AC unit!

I got multiple quotes for this new furnace/AC and Casey’s quote was honest, fair and by far the best in terms of the quality of work I got. He genuinely cares about the work he does and makes sure it’s done right. This is going to be my go-to HVAC contractor if I ever need anything and I will most definitely be recommending Casey to any other family or friends.

Highly recommend Dad’s Heating and A/C. They replaced all of our HVAC and installed air conditioning. Casey and Gauge are fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Casey talked us through several options. I received many quotes and his prices were really reasonable. They completed the job ahead of schedule and communicated throughout. Casey Bova with Dad’s Heating & AC did a GREAT job on our installation of a new Amana furnace and A/C. He paid attention to detail and did a super job! Very pleased with results. Highly recommended.

Casey was great to work with on our new HVAC system. Initially I thought our system just needed a good cleaning and I was going to perform the work myself. Casey was friendly on the phone and easy to communicate with about the cleaning specifics. When I realized the system was beyond repair for various reasons, Casey bid the full system and was able to install it in a timely manner. He arrived when he said he was going to, the cost was as quoted and he communicated well throughout the process. Typically you only get two of the three but Casey was able to check all three boxes so we highly recommend him to others and look forward to using him again in the future!

Casey was so professional and went above and beyond for us! He was extremely knowledgeable and honest with us about all of our questions we had. He even did a little extra just to be sure we were all set to go :-) would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone and if we weren’t moving out of state, we would use him again!

It was great working with Casey. He was very detailed in explaining our options for correcting our static pressure issue. He was very thorough in explaining how our new heater/humidifier worked after installation. Before he left he rechecked to make sure the A/C, humidifier and heater were working properly.
