I recently had a new furnace installed by another company. It was not vented properly and was exhausting toxic fumes into my house. Needless to say this was extremely dangerous and frustrating. I called Valiant, who I found with a google search. Zach from Valiant came over and did an amazing job assessing the situation and quickly knew how to fix the ventilation. Side note, Xcel energy came and shut my furnace down due to the improper venting, and Zach had me up and running within the next hour or so. Reasonably priced, extremely professional, friendly and thorough.... Couldn't ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

I called Valient and spoke with a lady who gathered some basic details and then after learning about what my issues with my Nest thermostat were, she transferred me right away with the technician, Zach. He then told me right up front the cost for coming over to check everything out and was able to make it same day. He was extremely professional and efficient when he came and walked me through all of his findings and answered all my questions and concerns so that I completely understood the problem. I would not only call Valient Air again but also would highly recommend them!

We had to replace our air conditioner unit so we shopped around. Zach, owner of Valiant Air, came out the next day, checked our system, and gave us a quote. We felt confident in his knowledge & professionalism. The very next day we had our unit installed by 2 very professional & courteous technicians. Zach stands behind his product & work, so we feel comfortable that our new unit will serve us for many years!

Very pleased with my experience with Valiant. They were very responsive. Got me an appointment same day and were able to get to me even sooner than my slotted appointment when they had an opening. I couldn’t say more good things about Zach & his company if I tried! I’m blown away by the level of responsiveness, service, patience, and overall care. My AC went out and as someone who likes to keep is cold in the house, I panicked. Zach responded to my request immediately and gave me instructions ahead of time to help keep my house comfortable until it could be fixed.

Zach was great, he diagonised and fixed my AC unit, capacitor was out and he found the problem right away, he put in a new one and AC worked.
He was honest and he saved me alot of money other companies were sending me sales reps rather than tech's, trying to sell me a whole new AC unit for such a small problem.

Zach was amazing- responsive, quick, kind, great instal and service. Was recommended to me by a reliable source and I wish I had known of him earlier - it would have saved a lot of time and money. The AC and new furnace are working better than the house has ever seen! He also replaced the water heater venting and now the house is safe AND efficient. 11/10 would recommend.

My furnace suddenly stopped blowing warm air last week during the cold snap. Not ideal!! I called Valiant and spoke with Zach. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to get it running again and just charged me the trip charge. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

I had an emergency involving air conditioning going out on a Sunday. The owner of the company came out and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will use them as my air conditioning and Heating company from now on. I give them my highest recommendation.

It's 95° & the forecast is going to remain this hot for days, so of course our A/C stopped working today. I called, and they were able to come out within a few hours! My husband met with Zach, and he said he was extremely professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. He had it fixed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable! Had a visit by Zach, he spent a decent amount of time troubleshooting my heat pump that stopped heating and located the problem to a certain part, which needed replacement. The whole visit was professional, Zach was friendly and knowledgeable and emailed me some notes to help with the next steps. I’ve ordered the part and replaced myself in a few days. Thank you Zach!

I have been a customer of Valiant Air for around five years now. Zach is very knowledgeable, efficient, and never tries to over sell. He kept my old furnace going until it finally quit on me a week before Christmas. Not only did he get it working for me (on a Sunday) but then fit me in for a new installation just in time for my annual Christmas gathering which was much appreciated. Zach and Virgil installed the new Furnace and AC and kept me informed all throughout the process. As a homeowner I have had a lot of service calls through the years and it is not always easy to find a company that is both honest and professional. Everyone deserves to make a good living, but you can do it without taking advantage of people and I am glad to have found a company who thinks and acts the same. Also a shout out to their scheduler Aleli - customer service is a tough job but she always has a great attitude and goes out of her way to help. So if you are looking for a hardworking and trustworthy company who treat their customers with respect I highly recommend Zach and his colleagues at Valiant Air.

I can't say enough good things about Zach and his company, Valiant Air. We had noisy ducting with popping noises in our new home whenever the heat was on. It was driving us crazy and no one else knew how to fix the problem. Zach knew exactly what to do and stopped the popping noise, we are so grateful! He is very knowledgeable, honest and so kind. Zack is so easy to work with. Valiant air is our go to HVAC people. Thay have taken care of us for years with every home we have moved to and I dont see us ever using anyone else. You can never go wrong with them.
