He arrived on time; he was very helpful and considerate of my circumstances; he reported even with pictures everything; and he was extremely honest. He charged me what he had quoted me, advised me about future possible issues without trying to scam me. I highly recommend him.

The team was absolutely amazing!! Heat went out on a holiday. Not only were they very professional and understanding to help me, they came quick the same day & the price was very affordable. They also instructed me on options I should consider future wise. Zach was great!

I did not realize that I had a very special custom order system, so there was a significant delay and the manufacturer and supplier did not communicate well with Valiant, but my experience with Valiant was great. Zach was very responsive and I am very happy with their work and professionalism.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day so far this year. Valiant was able to come out on short notice and fix our very old furnace quickly. Zach was super helpful and explained everything to us. 10/10 recommend.

Our furnace of course stopped working on the first snow storm / cold day of this winter season. Dad's (Casey) came out quickly, helped provide a temporary solution to make sure we had heat going forward, and promptly scheduled a date to run a new wire from the furnace to the thermostat to ensure we never have to deal with this issue again.

Casey and Gage were awesome to work with, didn't mind when I asked questions or was in the way, and made this stressful situation less so and ended quickly.

Our furnace conked out on literally the coldest day of the '20-21 winter and Casey was at my house in hours. He got the aging beast up and running, and gave us a quote for a full replacement. 6 months later, the air conditioning died a few days before our daughter's backyard bat mitzvah. Casey came out again and got the new system installed before the festivities - and he honored the initial bid. I work in the roofing industry and I can assure you construction costs neither fell nor remained static during those six months. Dad's will do a great job at a fair price.

Casey has been great to work with. I had him come out to inspect my HVAC that’s nearing the end of its life and he was able to put in place a couple of stop gap measures that have worked great and work with us on the most cost effective plan when it does need to be replaced. I appreciated the fast response time and the same day service. The visit seemed rushed... but in their defense my system was installed incorrectly. There was only so much that could be done without major renovations. Casey was able to diagnose what was happening, and had suggestions on what could be done to fix the problems. He tweeked the system's gas flow which should help. I would have appreciated being told when an extra charge for extra service was happening. But ultimately I probably would have chosen to pay him anyway. He gave me a fair price.

Casey was very nice and professional. He came over during a heat wave when my ac unit just went out. As a father I understand it is very hard to take on jobs while still trying to have family time. Our furnace went out and I had no idea who to call and I prefer using small business rather than chains. So I found Dad’s Heating and AC(love the name). So I called and had a returned call within 30 mins. Casey rearranged his schedule to take care of us. He was very knowledgeable showed me everything explained everything. Made it very comfortable and never made me feel like I had to get a new furnace right then and there. He was wonderful we are going to go threw Dad’s when we buy our new one. I haven't even received a quote yet and I can already tell you, Casey is fantastic to work with! He's professional and personable. He talked to me about my plans for the future - living in or selling the house - when discussing what kind of AC/furnace replacement we want to go with. He seemed to have plenty of time to discuss my needs, and I didn't feel like he was rushing to the next job.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for this great company. Our house in Aurora that we rent out the furnace stopped working and I called Dad's Heating & A C due to the great reviews from 3 hours away. Casey answered right away. Was so professional and friendly. He had no issues with working with my renter directly. Sent me a text right after our call to get me on his schedule and was to the house in less than a couple of hours. Again very professional with my renters and got the problem figured out fast and fixed quickly. I was so surprised that I was not over charged for this trip and quick fix but so thankful for the insight to what happened. Even paying over the phone since I was not there was easy. Got an email bill/receipt right after too. Not only professional from start to finish but very friendly and trustworthy. Great comfort to know we now have a great company to call if needed again in the future .
