Had an issue with the furnance not kicking on. Casey was able to visit the same day and get it working. Did need some parts, and he explained the work that needed to be done and some options around it. I decided to do the lesser of the parts work as my unit was about ~1/2 way through it's lifespan and he was able to get me heat by the end of that day. Big shout-out to everyone at Dad's for being quick and professional.

Casey is one of the best guys you can have working for you. I got a quote from him after already receiving a very competitive quote from another provider and he also pointed out some things others didnt with my system. He explained everything thoroughly and had I not already signed an agreement with another company, I would have used him in a heartbeat. He will only give you options and never push you towards one or the other. Truly a rare gem in this industry.

I am currently stationed overseas and my rental property’s AC went out at the absolute worst time, during a 100+ deg heat wave, in the Denver-Aurora area. After a quick search on google for small but highly rated HVAC companies in the area, I narrowed my search down to 3 companies. 2 responded and of the 2, Dad’s was the most responsive and seemed to really want to help out the most. I was able to call Casey from overseas and he was completely understanding of my situation and really worked around my schedule to quickly repair the failing 20 year old AC. Because he was extremely helpful and efficient, I decided to go ahead and replace the entire HVAC (heater + AC) system, shortly after the repair. During the entire estimate process and scheduling he was always on top of things and very easy to communicate with. All said and done, I was able to get a great value and peace of mind on the HVAC for my rental property. I will absolutely continue to work with Dad’s Heating and AC for all of my future HVAC needs!! I would recommend this company to my family and close friends as well.

Dad's/Casey put in a Amana Furnace and AC unit. Had a few schedule problems on Dad's and also my side. My HOA decided to do the roads on the same day we had scheduled to do the job. So we had to postpone it. But it all worked out for Dad's/Casey and myself. System is up and working. And I know if there is a problem. Casey will be there to fix it. He kept my old Amana unit that was over 16 years old working when I had another company say it was not fixable and they wanted $30,000 for a new HVAC system. My son referred me to Dad's/Casey and I am so glad he did. Thanks Casey for everything.

Casey is delightful to work with. He is always quick to call back and get an appointment scheduled. He truly listens to what the problem is and clearly explains what happened and how to fix it. I really appreciate that he provides different options for solutions. He is my first call for all my AC and heating issues.

I can’t say enough good things about Casey and the work that he did. We had to do an entire system replacement and not only was his quote the best value, but he took the time to really walk me through the process, think through any potential snags or things that could cause issues in the future, and allow me to voice my concerns and address them accordingly. We spent weeks getting quotes from different companies, doing research, etc., and ended up deciding to hire Casey before he even left the initial inspection. I never regretted that decision even for a second.

He went the extra mile at every turn, and you can tell that he truly takes pride in his work. He’s his own harshest critic and will put in the time to make sure his work meets his extremely high standards. He was honest, trustworthy, very detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

The owner Casey did an outstanding job installing a new furnace and A/C system! I got multiple estimates and his price was also very good. I really appreciated his great communication, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make the installation smooth and of excellent quality.

During and after the initial estimate, he took the time to explain the options but never tried to up-sell me or push more expensive equipment the way the bigger companies tend to do. We are very happy and I certainly recommend Dad's! Also, he is listed as a quality installer with Xcel which qualifies the equipment for any applicable rebates.

Casey thoroughly checked my furnace and then the attached humidifier. He was able to replace humidifier filter even though he was not scheduled to do so. So happy with this service!
