Krasi who owns “On Point Plumbing” is the person to call for your plumbing needs. We had a leaky faucet and sink drain. He went right to work and completed that issue. We also asked him to look at our other sink and shower, he identified the issues that needed to be fixed. He did not try to up sell us. His pricing fair and honest.

I could not give Krasi a higher score!!! I would hire him for any and every plumbing job with the highest of confidence that I was getting a guy that knows what he's doing, provides great value, and amazing customer service. A true professional that is a customer service pro as well!

Just had Krasi from On-Point Plumbing take care of a leaking faucet. He was so nice and professional! Very helpful and actually saved me hundreds of dollars in repair by noticing a leak I thought was happening in my tub faucets, turned out it was a leak in my glass shower wall. Water heater installation. I found On Point Plumbing by a Google Map search. Krasi answered his phone mid afternoon on a Friday and came over a couple hours later to figure out the problem. I appreciate his honesty, informing me the options and cost of repairing versus replacing the water heater. After choosing to just replace the old unit, he gave me water heater options and locations on purchasing the new water heater. I was able to purchase the water heater, he went to the store and picked it up for me. He installed my new water heater on a Saturday afternoon in under 2 hours. Communication through text messages was answered quickly. Krasi was quick, efficient, reliable, and professional.
