I needed someone to service our garbage disposal and shower and found excellent reviews for On Point Plumbing. Krasi was a quick and efficient, reasonably priced, and courteous. He was able to remove an object lodged deep in our disposal and get it working again. Krasi also fixed a squealing showerhead that had been driving us crazy for years! We had another plumber look at it who was not able to diagnose the issue/stop the noise. That plumber indicated it would be a time-consuming, costly fix, but Krasi replaced the showerhead, and it has been working perfectly ever since! I highly recommend On Point Plumbing and will definitely reach out to Krasi with any future issues.

Krasi showed up when he said he would and took care of the problem quickly. He replaced two failing fill valves and replaced old supply lines in two toilets. Pricing was reasonable and service was great!

This company is fantastic for all plumbing needs. Krasi was responsive, made practical recommendations that made sense, and took care of multiple issues at once. My tenant who complained there was no hot water and the kitchen sink water pressure was low is super happy again. I appreciate Krasi for working around my tenant's and my schedule, for providing a no fuss estimate(no extra charge for top floor delivery), and for promptly and neatly installing a new 38gal small boy water heater and pan. He also installed a main shut-off valve and fixed the kitchen faucet’s low water pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Had Krasi install new dishwasher and kitchen faucet. Made sure everything was right. Found out the cheap faucet I got was leaking. He showed me better quality (Kohler), picked it up the next day and installed. I can return the bad faucet and he saved me a lot of time and money. Awesome job!

Kraci was great. He was able to get to us in a couple days (it wasn't an emergency) to replace the valve which isolates the sprinkler system and adjust the flush mechanism in a toilet. I hung out with him while he worked. He's polite, personable and an interesting guy. He was skilled and efficient. His price was very reasonable. I've got him in my phone contacts and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Krasi installed a new water heater for me today and was very quick and responsive. We woke up to a leak in our basement and he was over this morning within a few minutes of calling.

I had a hose bib rupture because I left the water hose attached in the winter. I know that’s a rookie move but it’s next to my hot tub so it was an honest mistake. Krasi from On Point Plumbing came out and evaluated the situation for free (which is pretty unheard of these days). We landed on a plan to address the ruptured hose bib and I also had him take a look at my other two hose bibs. He came back a week later and solved it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!
