I cannot recommend Krasi enough. I had two previous quotes to fix a thermal expansion valve, both of them tried to upsell me with an expansion tank for $850. One of the plumbers said the part I needed was out of stock (flat out lie).

When I called other plumbers, they refused to give me any type of quote over the phone and insisted on taking a look, even though I had two previous quotes and plumbers diagnosing the issue.

Krasi was able to quote me over the phone after seeing a pic and hearing about the issue. He replaced the thermal expansion valve which is available at a specialty plumber store for more than 600 less the lowest quote.

He also gave me an accurate window when he would be at my place, how long it would take, and kept me posted on his ETA.

I can’t recommend Krasi enough, he is honest, reliable, and provided great communication. I have my plumber for life.

Krasimir was great! Showed up on time, figured out what the issue was with my garbage disposal repaired it and charged a gracious fee for his service which was a relief. In the past, these types of repairs have taken me to the cleaners with other services, but not him. Definitely recommend….10/10 👍

I reached out to several plumbers for a simple toilet install. Krasi was the first to reach out. His pricing was very competitive. Krasi went way above and beyond to help me out with a dishwasher disposal, connection of my new one, sink/faucet install, and fixed my toilet! He also let me know about a garbage disposal deal at Costco that was way better than the one I bought, and even went to Costco and purchased it for me when I said I didn't have a Costco card.

I have to call 10+ plumbers to get a FAIR PRICE and On Point did an AMAZING job on installing my OWN water softener. I would not recommend anyone else. A lot of places sells you warranty with a marked up price and their so-called service that I don't need just to rip you off. The efficiency, price and being so respectful that Point Plumbing provides is unbeatable!!!

Krasi was great! Very responsive, honest and professional. No upcharging or games. I had a leak under my sink and couldn’t figure out the source he quickly realized that my garbage disposal had a crack. Didn’t charge me for the visit and told me which garbage disposal to purchase and came back out to install it when it arrived. I thought that was very kind of him and will definitely use him again in the future!

I am not big on social media reviews as so many are phoney but I want to share my first positive response to a plumber in over a decade. The owner of OnPoint, Krasi is efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, reasonable in all ways and a decent human being. He did several plumbing services for my home letting me feel confident about his ability and fairness. I finally have a new plumber I trust!

Needed an urgent faucet replace and pipe repair for my home sink and Krasi was able to replace and fix multiple issues on my sink. He was very responsive and professional. Very reasonable pricing. I always try to use local businesses. Nothing against big box outfits but local is better!
