Terrible service. My garbage disposal is not running correctly but Mikhail , serviceman from this company, said it is just getting old and he didn't do anything about it. Home warranty didn't pay for fixing my garbage disposal like they suppose to do because this guy didn't want to do his job. Please be careful with this company.

Excellent service and quality work. repaired my water heater and saved me quite a lot of money. Mikhail will be my go-to plumber for any work I need done in the future, highly recommend.

He did great work, but I had to wait over 2 weeks just for a home warranty toilet replacement, he insists that I get a more expensive toilet, then bills me $614 ($344 out of pocket) for a simple toilet replacement that would have cost me $120 MAX if I had done it myself (I had purchased one from Home Depot already), and then he doesn't even take the old toilet away. I asked him to wait a few mins while I called the company so I could resolve the billing issue with the warranty company but he wouldn't even wait 5 mins for me to get a resolution. I got a resolution with the home warranty company 5 mins after he left and they say they'll cover the full cost, but he STILL cashed my check for the remainder and then tells me to sort it out myself with the warranty company. Very unprofessional and overpriced for such a small job. He only gets 1 star because that's the lowest limit and he did a good job installing the toilet.

Mikhail answered right away when I first called, and promptly showed up the same day in the time window he gave me.

We called for a leak in our upstairs bathroom tub and shower that was dripping to the ceiling on the floor below. We were ready for the worst case news of having to cut out the wall behind our tub to access leaking plumbing.

Mikhail showed up in a clean company vehicle, professionally dressed, and was very nice. After evaluating the situation, he deduced the problem was actually an insufficiently caulked plate /cover behind the main water control in the tub and shower. He took the cover off and immediately found the drain hole plugged and the seal erroded, along with inadequate caulking.

Mikhail cleaned up the cover plate, made sure the drain hole was clear, then reinstalled and applied new caulking. He also verifed the piping behind the plate was, in fact, not leaking at all.

We were prepared for the worst, but Mikhail and Best Choice Plumbing eased our minds with a quick and correct diagnosis that saved us a potential large plumbing bill. Mikhail charged us a very reasonable price for the repair, and I have verifed we no longer have a drip from the tub and shower.

A big thank you to Mikhail and Best Choice Plumbing! We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future, as needed.

Mikhail has come out twice to repair items in my home. He first replaced a garbage disposal for me and fixed some leaking pipes in my basement for sewage.

Pros:
1) He answers the phone EVERY time I called him.
2) He is professional.
3) He knows what he is doing.
4) Prices are fair

He did leave a minor mess after the second job, but not enough to hurt his rating. Overall good guy and good plumber.

Let me reiterate, this plumber did NOT see the part of the pipe was cracked. The area that was looked at was 10 feet away from the actual crack in the pipe. It was frustrating that a conclusion was made prior to finding the crack. Even after replying, it's disappointed that pictures weren't asked for to confirm the original guess of a frozen pipe.

This contractor was auto assigned to my case through First American Home Warranty. The issue was around an active leaking pipe, and without viewing the leak (because it was in a wall) he made an assumption that the pipe was frozen which then caused the leak. This automatically denied my case through Home Warranty and I would pay out of pocket through this contractor. I don’t think there was a need to guess at the cause as that could be assessed at a later time.

The next day, I had a second, more thorough contractor do the work and repair the pipe. And the actual cause… not frozen, but due do physical pressure against the pipe.

Such a great Company to work with. Mikhail is a very Respectable Professional. I was quite impressed with how clean and organized he is compared to other contractors. Arrived on time and delivered what was asked for. Will be referring him to friends & family.

Called on a Sunday evening and left a message that I had a leaking pipe at my sprinkler back flow preventer. Mikhail called first thing Monday morning, came out rapidly and fixed the active leak. The price was reasonable and he was very professional. I've had so many issues getting various businesses to just show up, so I very much appreciate when one does what they say they will. I definitely recommend them and will call on them if I ever need plumbing service again!

Mikhail with Best Choice Plumbing has provided excellent service to my home. We have used him twice for our plumbing issues. The first time he came to repair a leak in our basement above a light fixture. The second time he replaced our old gate valve on our main shutoff with a ball valve, installed a water pressure regulator, and a shutoff valve to our refrigerator. His prices are very fair if not cheaper than anyone else. He is very honest about his work and very reliable. He is my go to plumber and I highly recommend him to everyone.

When we shutdown the sprinkler system we notices a small leak through where the shut off valve didn’t fully close. We called Mikhail who was very responsive and professional. We set up a time to have the repair complete. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He outlined the proposed repair and completed it incredibly well.
