C4 got my water heater heater diagnosed and restarted less than an hour after I first called! Mark was incredibly responsive and didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment day-of, even though I called late Sunday afternoon. He was able to examine my water heater, figure out the problem, restart the system, give me a complete rundown of the issue, and provide recommendations for future fixes within an hour of when I first called. I greatly appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism!

Mark is incredible. We had a gas leak that he accurately diagnosed. He got us scheduled quickly, and communicated with us at every step of the way. He went above and beyond throughout the whole project. It was clear he genuinely cared that we were safe in our home. He worked long hours in order to help us get back into our home quickly. Denver water had to come by for a separate reason and when they saw Mark's gas line work, they couldn't stop complementing what great work he had done. We recommend him 100 times over and will use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Mark was incredibly professional and did great work. We needed a new water shutoff valve and fridge water line. I had received very high quotes from several other vendors.
