They came out on the same day and were very honest with us about what was going on. Our hot water heater was only a year old, from another company, and not installed properly causing the tank to crack and leak. I was very impressed with their warranty, and fast installation. The transparency of how they operate and honesty throughout the process was very refreshing.

Mark does professional work! He even came out on a Sunday to take a look at our water heater leak. Got a new one installed the following morning. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!!! Marcus came out to replace a valve on our new house leading to the sprinkler system (which he did a great job of!). What really surprised and wowed both of us was the second trip, though -- the system still wasn't working, and after about half an hour of diagnosing the issue he was able to locate a valve hidden (and barely reachable) behind drywall that had recently been put up, saving us hundreds of dollars if we'd had to tear out the drywall and pay to have it redone. SOOO thankful that we called him! Very courteous and professional!

I had a sink get clogged at my business, and the same week had a toilet leek and sink clog at my house. C4 was able to come out to address both issues right away. They were easy to work with on the phone, and the plumber was very nice as well. He did a great job and I'm very happy with their service!

I spoke with Mark, the owner, about getting a second quote for some work we needed done. He couldn't do what we needed but he provided me what steps he thought should be done, the order in which they should be done, and even recommendations AND phone numbers for who to could do each step. I had some follow up questions for him and each time Mark was very prompt and helpful, even though he knew he couldn't do what I needed and I'd have to take my business to someone else.

Mark was out in no time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a leak that was coming down from the master bedroom upstairs to the ceiling below. He was very nice, professional, detailed and most importantly a life saver for coming out after regular business hours to fix the problem. Josh came out and gave me a quote for some AC work we needed done. The prices were very fair so I went ahead and booked an appointment for the following day. I had told Josh that we had a funeral to attend that day so our timing was tight. He instead gave me a call that night saying he could come and get it taken care of so we were not pressed for time our funeral. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and went completely out of his way to accommodate our situation. I will for sure be using them again and highly recommend their services.

Mark was prompt (responded to my initial request within minutes), professional and thorough in his explanation. I always worry that I won't understand technical details of things my husband handles; but Mark took time to explain things on a simple level. He even let me borrow one of his hoses for a week to make sure my water heater didn't continue to leak after the tank busted. What a kind act!

Mark with C4 plumbing came out to install a whole house water purifier for us. He was professional and did excellent, clean work. Really nice guy as well. We have remodeled our whole house since we bought it five years ago and have used quite a few subs so we have had our share of good and bad, sadly more bad than good experiences. I would not hesitate to use Mark again, in fact he will be installing our hot water heater when needed and a new toilet. My husband was in the commercial construction industry for 40 years, he knows good subcontractors when he sees them and was really impressed with Mark & his quality work. I had a water leak at the base of an upstairs toilet and Mark came out the next day. He took the time to show me the problem and gave me enough info so that I could do a similar job myself. He was also very efficient, neat and courteous.
You just have to let this guy do your next plumbing job, especially if you live in Aurora. He's awesome!

Mark with C4 Plumbing did the plumbing for our basement that we are finishing.....adding a sink for a wet bar, moving some pipes around for us, and all the plumbing for the full bathroom. He did a great job! Everything works and looks great. He cleaned up after himself everyday. His prices were fair and his work quality great. We will definitely call Mark again if we have need.
