They were great! Felt like our problem was fixed rather than a bandaid being put on it. Everyone was so nice and they were able to come out same day to help. Would definitely utilize their services again!

I hardly ever write reviews, but, Clean Cut Plumbing is so great I had to. Vern and Austin are both 5 star plumbers! Professional, knowledgable, responsible, prompt and hard workers! I wont use anyone else.

I can’t recommend Clean Cut Plumbing enough! Every time I’ve called, they’ve shown up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it. Not only are they skilled and professional, but they are also honest and upfront about pricing—no surprises. I feel completely confident knowing my home is in good hands whenever I need plumbing work done. They are also great with dogs which is helpful when you have a reactive high energy dog that assumes all humans in the house are here to pet them. :-)

Vern at CCP was a great guy and did an excellent job installing a hot/cold hose bib/faucet in my garage. He identified the least intrusive what to tap the existing plumbing. Great job, very happy. Thanks.

We had an appointment scheduled for four days. Our toilet started leaking Sunday night, we called Monday morning and there was zero urgency to get out to us until Thursday. Fine. The company told us they’d plan to repair, but bring a replacement toilet to do a same day install. At the appointment today, they said it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. However, they couldn’t replace it same day because of other appointments. Explain to me how you blow us off for four days, promise same day work then bail and make us wait longer. Not to mention the price. Outrageous. Unprofessional. Overpriced. Don’t promise something you cannot deliver.

Vern was awesome! He went above and beyond while reconnecting lines and getting our bathroom back in order. Fair pricing and great communication!

My water heater broke and started leaking on a Saturday morning, made a call to clean cut and they were able to help me same day. Austin arrived promptly and did a thorough job not just with the tank, but also updating valves. Highly recommend for great quality and customer service.

Austin was great! He came by to drain our water heater, a regular maintenance job. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The job got done on time, and we're very happy with it.

They were able to squeeze me in the same morning I called. Reasonable prices that Vern was willing to quote me over the phone. I called a different plumber earlier in the week, who charged $50 just to come out and give me a quote, then quoted me $1,600 for a simple job. I’m very thankful I heard about Clean Cut Plumbing. They were very polite and friendly and got the job done well in a timely manner. They also charged me less than 1/3 of what the other place quoted. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!

I contacted Clean Cut for a water heater repair. Vern showed up at our home within 90 minutes, reviewed the problem, and had the issues repaired within another 90 minutes. Clean Cut has and affordable trip fee that was deducted from the repair pricing, for what would seem like emergency service. Polite, fast and affordable. You can’t ask for much more than that. We would recommend Clean Cut Plumbing for your needs.
