We didn't have cool air running or even a central fan functioning. These guys came on time and got right to work. They were professional, diligent and clean as they worked and after they worked. Highly reccomended these two guys especially

Had APC install a water heater about 11 months ago, they were the most affordable quote at the time and they were super quick in and out.

I woke up this morning to water in the drip pan underneath my water heater. This was the first sign my last one needed replaced so I was stressed.

I called and they got Jason out here within the hour. He took the time to explain where the water came from and how we could avoid the situation going forward. He shared some tips on how we could extend the life of our water heater and avoid the same issue we had again.

I appreciated the time he put in to educating us and making sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Would definitely recommend him to others!

Malcolm, Charlie and Jason were fantastic! Fair price and professional work. I looked for a lot of companies to replace my swamp cooler and most would not. This team arose the challenge and got me taken care of! Definitely recommend these guys.

Jason with the world plumbing came out today on Sunday.He gave an estimate for replacing a water heater. He was on time very professional and very knowledgeable about the situation. We had an appointment scheduled with Aurora Plumbing Company this week. No one called or showed up during the first window we were provided. We called back and were told the window was actually in the afternoon. No one called or showed up in the afternoon. We called back and were told we had to be rescheduled with no explanation. So we were rescheduled for the following morning. Again, no one called or showed up. We ended up cancelling the appointment as it seemed pointless. There are many other plumbers in the area. We have used Aurora Plumbing Company extensively in the past and really loved their service. However, it sounds like they were recently purchased by someone else and it looks like that great customer service is no longer there. It's very disappointing.

For our service today, Jason’s customer service, communication and his ability to identify the problem with our plumbing is top notch. First impression; responsive, respectful, courteous and dedicated. He has to return here as this job requires much. I am confident he will get the job done well. I will be giving a review after he completes the very long ( to me, hard) job when he returns.

Jason is on eof the kindest technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Such a genuine personality and was so thorough throughout the entire process. Also one of the quickest technicians ever! One of the most professional people I've ever encountered, and I cannot recommend him enough. Request Jason if you can when booking your next appointment!

Aurora plumbing sent out Jason on Saturday to replace my water heater. Me and My Wife didn’t have hot water since Monday. We’re very thankful for plumbing. Initially offered 1,664 to replace a high efficiency toilet (mind you the problem ended up being a fill valve replacement), or a full rebuild of the components in the tank for 1,051. He said the company typicaly does not do single part fixes. Please go elsewhere, this is a company that is out to make a buck over providing good service.

Jason was professional and courteous. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and explained everything along the way. Turns out, it’s time for a new system. I used APC years ago and it’s good to see that the level of great customer service has not changed.

Jason Salas did great work. He was communicative and helpful before during and after the project. We had a drain pipe leak and are highly satisfied with the result. We would highly recommend Jason and will use him again in the future, unless we never have any problems which would be fine, too.

David was fantastic!! He was on time performed the job in a timely manner, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in what he does!! I'd recommend Aurora plumbing along with David!! Also He had Gavin pick up some parts for him and he was super friendly and also got in there and got his hands dirty helping out!! You all went the extra mile, thank you so much!!

Jason was a great technician. Timely work and communicative in talking through the options and how he could help.
APC seems to have a bit opaque billing when it comes to billing for repairs. I'd prefer a materials and labor cost, but they bill as "standard drain line repair" and have their set price. Their price was $456.95 for changing out an old copper pipe from the leak site 16-24" to the juncture behind the particle board sink access. Seems a bit pricey. Jason was great and helped as best he could to give the homeowner the best situation possible.

We called APC about a gas smell coming from our HVAC system. Ricky was the technician on call. He was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to diagnose and figure out where the gas leak was coming from. Come to find out it was our water heater! I will be recommending APC to everyone I know. Thank you Ricky!

Jason and Charlie with the Aurora plumbing came out today. They replaced our furnace over here at Lowery North Building two unit 107. They did an amazing job. These guys are awesome. Very professional. Very efficient and very clean. Five stars all day. Thank you Jason & charlie

Eh, I tried to call because I want to support a good local business, but as soon as I did it sent me to a call center where it combined several different plumbing companies. It sounds like one of the private equity consolidations that's happening everywhere and is destroying this industry from a consumer standpoint. I'm not about that, nor will I support that. I could be completely wrong, but that's the impression I got when I called, I'm sure several people have felt that way as well. If you're not private equity I would suggest getting rid of that call service, otherwise we could've been doing business. It really seems like the call service is there just to generate leads for these other companies as well as Aurora Plumbing Company.

EDIT: I also just got an unsolicited follow up text that I did not request asking if Allen's plumbing could help out on anything. I didn't call that company and it only reinforces my negative feelings about Aurora Plumbing Company and this consolidation. I'm moving it from three stars to one because of the unsolicited request from a company I didn't call. What a turn off to a customer, wow.

EDIT 2: I just got an unsolicited call from Allen's now asking if they could help. I didn't call them, I called Aurora Plumbing Company, not your "call center". Originally once I figured out it was a scam I hung up without talking to anyone. Now they are unsolicitedly calling me and harassing me. I would be wary calling or emailing them because they use your personal information to generate leads for these "plumbing companies". What a great group of people to do business with.

Called and had service within 24 hours of the call without any extra charge. The availability was great; the scheduled window of arrival was for two hours. Fair.

My technician, Malcolm Gordon called with a good lead of time to make it back home before he arrived.

He was timely, friendly and upfront, informative and thorough with his work.

I called APC Plumbing to hire their services based on the recommendation of my insurance company on the issue of a water heater leakage in my home and they sent out a rep (I believe it was Jerry) to come analyze and fix the issue which I paid for. The insurance coy denied my claim after my entire property was ripped apart because they claimed the APC rep that came to do the repair said the issue had been ongoing even though I made the call the 1st time I saw the issue which could not have been what he described. Unfortunately for me, the entire area had been torn apart & the platform destroyed during mitigation so I couldn’t get an expert opinion to do the review. Ive been stuck with a huge repair bill of almost $14k because of his statement. I’m a single mom of a teenager with an elderly mum in the home. We were out of water on our upper level for almost a month, and lived in an unlivable unit from June till august. This has been my worse experience with any company.

Jason with Aurora Plumbing did a fantastic job! He was on time and very professional. Very nice as well. Made me comfortable and explained the process at each step. I’ve used Aurora Plumbing for a decade or so and been happy with the work done at my home. Highly recommend Jason and Aurora Plumbing.
